Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Tirsa fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, ella fue increíblemente amable y proactiva, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo. Nos dio excelentes recomendaciones que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. El alojamiento era tal y como se mostraba en las fotos y la descripción, lo cual hizo que nos sintiéramos cómodos y relajados desde nuestra llegada. Descansamos de maravilla y pudimos desconectar por completo. Nos apena no tener más días de vacaciones para quedarnos más tiempo, porque todo fue realmente genial. ¡Definitivamente, una excelente elección, que repetiremos con seguridad!

Fantastic accommodation, perfect location! Definitely a gem for Amsterdam!

Leon’s place is great for a group booking as there is plenty of eating and living space. Leon is very friendly and helpful. The bikes allowed us to cycle around the lovely cycle paths round about. Although it’s outside of the city centre we managed well with buses, the metro ( both excellent) and Ubers.

Booked for our technicians working away and they were very happy with everything about the accommodation giving it all 5/5, with specific mention to good supplies for cooking. They would definitely stay here again. Tine was always very responsive and helpful during booking and on the run up to the stay. Thank you.

Een mooie rustige locatie waarbij de woning toch dicht in de buurt ligt van Amsterdam centrum. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen met een vers kop koffie. De energie in het huis vinden wij heel belangrijk en die was zeker goed ✨ het tuinhuis is mooi en creatief ingericht. Wij voelden ons in iedergeval welkom en dat is wat je wilt!

Very nice place to visit. Close to groceries and easy to get to the Centre of Amsterdam with bus.

Our time in the houseboat was great. We didn't miss anything. The house is very modern and comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Our children used the beautiful garden with its trampoline whenever possible. A particular highlight was the SUP board that we were allowed to use. A lot of fun in the morning to go for a lap on the canal right after breakfast. The reception and the farewell by Winnis dear neighbors made everything perfect. A great houseboat, a great environment, a great host.

Exceeded every expectation, very special experience to stay on this houseboat! 10 min bike ride to just about everything we wanted to see in the city and so close to trolley as well; Kitchen was perfectly stocked to make beautiful meals on the water, better than any restaurant when you visit the many markets around the city. Boat had everything we needed and more. Hosts were very responsive, responding to questions within just minutes and so gracious, leaving detailed instructions, suggestions, and a nice welcome gift. Was surprised by how spacious the boat was - with multiple levels and room to spread out and relax without being stuck in your bedroom! Particularly loved the outdoor deck and floating dock on river side - just lovely at any time of day. Would highly recommend this…truly a highlight of our experience in Amsterdam! Don’t hesitate if it’s available when you’re visiting, you won’t be disappointed! Very unique and special.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arjen. La maison est très agréable, très joliment décorée, dans un quartier calme, idéale pour une famille de 4. Très belle cuisine très bien équipée. La place de parking est un vrai plus sachant qu’ensuite on peut aller au centre d’Amsterdam en 20 mn grâce à la station de tram toute proche. La maison doit être très agréable en été avec la terrasse au bord de l’eau. Nous espérons revenir et nous recommandons cette location à 100% !

Stay was OK. Location is not the best, yet we knew what we are going for. Place feels bigger than it is described, we had 5 people and had no trouble. Heater works great, although instructions how to turn it on could be more help:)) Facility is clean and quiet: perfect for families. One thing that there are not much light around the marine, so make sure to arrive during the light hours for check-in, since otherwise it is easy to get lost.

Das gemütliche Hausboot von Harold ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen in Amsterdam. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man superschnell in der Innenstadt! Das Hausboot ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist ein kleines Abenteuer, darin zu wohnen, wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist. Harold ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung geschenkt!

Très beau logement, nous étions un groupe de 9 et nous avions été ravi. Seul bémol avec l’adresse qu’il faut bien vérifier pour arriver sur le site

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort (eine Woche vor Weihnachten), weshalb wenig Gäste dort waren und wir es super ruhig hatten. Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig geschnitten, mit Balkon und Blick auf den kleinen Hafen, der zur Anlage gehört. Zur Anlage gehört ein kleines Schwimmbad (Hallenbad), das wir mehrmals genutzt haben. Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen. Bis Amsterdam sind es 25 Min. mit dem Auto. Drum herum liegen total bezaubernde kleine Örtchen wie z.B. Monnickendam, die Insel Marken, Landsmeer, Zaanse Schanz etc. Alles gut mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 - 25 Min zu erreichen. Auch mit dem Fahrrad lassen sich tolle Touren fahren :-) Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit dort und würden (außerhalb der Saison) jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Hausboot mit super Lage. Volendam ist ein sehr süßes Städtchen zum einkehren und auch Amsterdam ist nur 25min mit dem Bus entfernt. Wir waren zu fünft da - bei gutem Wetter war das kein Problem. Die Terrasse war super. Gerade das Haus "La belle vie" ist das letzte in der Reihe und hat einen tollen Ausblick.

Ein Wochenendtrip nach Amsterdam wurde von der perfekten Unterkunft abgerundet. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus, das für sechs Personen ausgerichtet ist. Alles bestens und mit hohen Wiederholungspotential.

Maravillosa estancia en Europarcs. La casa era un sueño, preciosa y muy acogedora

Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, mein erstes Mal auf einem Hausboot, und ich könnte mir keinen besseren Ort dafür vorstellen! Das Hausboot liegt sehr privat und ruhig, perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Ort ist einfach wunderschön, und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, die mit leckeren Gerichten überzeugen. Außerdem waren alle Menschen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt war es der ideale Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Natur zu genießen. Ich würde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wiederzukommen!

Enorm vakantiepark met overdekt zwembadje. Weet niet zeker of dat in de beschrijving stond, maar wij hadden geen zwembroeken mee. Het huisje was aangenaam, gelukkig maar want het was extreem rotweer. Grote woonkamer/keuken en drie slaapkamers. Oven en tv vertoonden kuren. Had misschien verholpen kunnen worden als we het hadden gemeld. Er reed een snelle reparatieservice rond langs de huisjes. Ideaal met mooi weer denk ik!
