A wonderful place and a wonderful host. Vincent was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Joel’s place is a home away from home, supplied everything we need for a trip. Warm welcome and greetings. Joel responded to our message promptly and helped us find what we needed from his unique separated Fully equipped unit. The house is elegantly decorated. From the added attic room to the washroom on the first floor, we found the history of this antique home- a home comfortable and sweet. We all love it. Next time when we visit Waterloo we will definitely come back to this home.

I only stayed for one night but Khalid was a great host and the unit was fantastic! The house and basement unit was very clean and exactly as described (possibly better!). I'd recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend to anyone on a short work trip to Guelph

Stayed at Annie’s Airbnb for a hockey tournament and it was exactly what we needed for the night. There were 4 of us, and all of us agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable and we all had an incredible sleep. The white noise machine in each bedroom was an excellent touch and very thoughtful. It was great communication all throughout our stay, leading up and after as well. The location is also great with lots of close by amenities.

Para empezar Aneeqa y su familia son excelentes personas y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de mi y de mi familia, el lugar es muy acogedor y estaba preparado para cubrir todas nuestras necesidades. La ubicación fue perfecta, con cercanía a todos los lugares importantes de Burlington, definitivamente un gran lugar. 100% recomendado ya sea que busques una estancia breve o que como fue nuestro caso pases un buen tiempo alojándote con Aneega. :)

This spot is the definition of charming. Yes, as other reviews have mentioned, it is only accessible by stairs (and another set of even narrower stairs for an extra bedroom), but if you are able-bodied and willing, I can’t think of a homier spot. The owners are so friendly; the living areas are very cozy and cute, but still quite spacious!! The kitchen has every necessary appliance, dish and utensil (and even some snacks in the fridge!), and the bathrooms are extremely clean and large as well. The beds and couches are comfortable and the whole listing is within walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Stratford (all the theaters included). I couldn’t imagine a better spot for a group trip and I certainly hope to be back!!

Laurette was very friendly and looked after things I needed. Laurette was away when I got there but she gave texted me instructions to get in. Laurette was the perfect hostess!

This stay was so lovely & the hosts were so friendly and hospitable , I highly recommend it. The attention to detail & the complimentary breakfast & snacks were such a plus. They had everything you’d need and more! ( reading materials/ Netflix/ Games) the space was beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. We felt at home, and everything was excellent. Thank you again :)

We stayed in town for my brother’s wedding at the mill. The location is perfect and the town is lovely. The place had everything we needed and Donna was very friendly. We should have booked a third night as there seemed like a lot to do in the area. The restaurant next door smelled fabulous! We would recommend this place if you need a place to stay for a wedding at the mill.

Godson was exceptional. He is friendly and relatable. Communication was great, and he was always there to assist. I was treated like a brother and not as a guest. He assisted me with a couple of things that I will never forget. He drove me to places that I needed to visit and assisted in every way necessary. He really went out of his way to help. He truly made my stay memorable, which made me not feel like leaving. I went in as a guest and came out as a brother and a friend. He is a great guy, and I highly recommend his place. Thank you, Godson; you are a great guy.

Marsha is a lovely host in every way. Very conveniently located, Marsha’s home is within close proximity to many amenities. The room is comfy, spacious & clean. The tasty breakfast she kindly provided was a wonderful treat. We will definitely return to Marsha’s for future visits to Paris.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt very welcome and extremely well taken care of. We intend to return to this BnB, as this was one of our most pleasurable experiences in our worldwide travels.

We very much enjoyed our stay with David and Martha. First, the home itself is spectacular! If you’ve seen the TV show Timber Kings, you can see here first-hand an example of classic log home building with modern amenities and decor inside. Just wow. Second, we love the traditional Bed and Breakfast situation. You will be staying as a personal guest in their home, and joining them for a delicious breakfast. They made us feel like family. Comfortable private bedroom, and a bathroom that would potentially be shared with another BnB guest. There wasn’t anyone else, so we had it all to ourselves. David offered local suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We didn’t want to go far, so we walked 2 minutes down the road to a great Thai restaurant and grabbed takeout. When we returned David had put out plates, utensils and wine glasses for us! So thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing, and the hosts shared stories about some of the interesting people they have hosted over the years.

Excellent. Warm welcoming, pleasant stay, beautiful home and decoration. Two well behaved dogs will welcome you as well :)

I went to this True B&B because the reviews were so very positive. I expected a lovely charming home and a great sleep and a wonderful breakfast. I expected a lovely host, and to feel welcome and at home. Even my high expectations were surpassed. Read the reviews to understand what a gem this is. Excellent value. Don’t expect to be hungry for lunch if Theresa feeds you breakfast unless you eat before 7:00 am!!!

I don’t even know where to start. It was an awesome stay. Beautiful night spent and the breakfast mouth watering. Already can’t wait to return.

This might be the best bed-and-breakfast in all of Canada! So glad we stumbled across it. Everything was immaculately clean, and the beds unbelievably comfortable, and so nice to have a little sitting room upstairs. And the breakfast Betty served this morning was so above and beyond! We feel so pampered. Cannot recommend this little gem highly enough!

Joanne is very friendly and helpful. She even drove me to and from a local appointment and cooked and shared dinner with me and the other house guests. She also let me stay a little past the regular check-out time because I had an online class. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet with the washroom just across the hall. Since the temperature was deopping that night, Joanne put a little space heater in the room to make it more comfortable. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel right at home.
