We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. It was a little bit cold for our liking but as soon as I messaged Alfonso, the temperature was adjusted. Great little one bedroom apartment, exactly as described in the pictures. Check-in and check-out was very smooth because they provided very detailed instructions. It is a basement so you hear people walking above you but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours so it wasn’t disruptive at all. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Laurier University so the area itself is very quiet and residential which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay with two bedrooms and a nice little living room/kitchen area. Close to University of Waterloo and lots of other amenities in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Great space to unwind and relax. Quiet house and neighborhood. Comfortable furnishings and bed. Had a great sleep and just about everything I needed or wanted was within a short drive.

Khalid was so responsive and he provided all the culinary equipments and other kitchen appliances. Everything was also clean when we first arrived. Overall we had a great stay.

Kathy’s place is wonderful! It was just like the posting and had all the listed amenities. In particular, The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is great as well , walkable to Walmart which is very convenient. Not to mention, Kathy was also very friendly and was always quick to respond to any queries. Overall, I’d highly recommend anyone book this place if they get the chance to!

Last minute rental and our host was so kind and understanding. Loved that she left out snacks and games for us to use. Would definitely rent here again (:

Dawn and Joel’s place was a perfect home away home while we were visiting friends. We chose the place for the location and couldn’t be happier. It has everything you need to be comfortable. There are technically two beds (one sofa bed) but it would be snug with two adult couples. My partner and I thought it was perfect for us. Dawn was super sweet and helpful. We would love to be back!

My family and I stayed for a week in their beautiful home and it was a perfect stay 😊Wonderful hosts that go above and beyond, very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. Area is peaceful and the home is beautiful and super comfortable. Place was clean, space was liveable, beds were comfy, rooms were well lit with adjustable lighting, and even though it's a basement unit, you can't tell because the sound proofing was was top tier - you can't hear footsteps from upstairs or any noise. Overall awesome stay, it's a steal for the price for sure! I would definitely book with them again, highly recommended 😊💯🤩

Geraldine and Christie are fantastic hosts! The accommodation was just lovely and so very clean. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home and so comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding areas. St Jacobs Farmers Market was just a short drive away. The weather didn’t allow us to sit outside and enjoy the lovely patio but I’m sure that it would be wonderful to sit poolside in the warmer months. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great! Geraldine left all sorts of goodies for us. The farm fresh eggs and croissants were very much appreciated for breakfast. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a restful getaway or even as a base to explore the local towns and sights. We hope to stay here again. It was excellent value as well!
