Excelente propiedad y el anfitrión mejor imposible, me gusto muchísimo, altamente recomendable, la distribución de las áreas de la casa, los cuartos con sus baños privados, la sala y cocina excelente todo! Pasamos unos días increíbles y lo mejor como en casa!

The perfect beach cottage for a couple or small family! Amazing backyard with nice landscaping. They did the most with the space and it’s so close to the beach. We Will be back.

This was our first extensive stay (2 months) as Snowbirds. We loved it. The condo was perfect. It is situated at the back of the building and was very quiet, nicely decorated, recently renovated, clean and well-équiped (particularly the kitchen). The pool and hot tub downstairs were also very accessible and well-maintained. Also, the pool is heated! Being on the third floor gave us a unique garden view of the leafy Palm trees. It is lovely. The beach is just a cross the street and is stunning…about 10 miles of powdery, white sand. As hosts, Grace and Everett are kind, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful, well-situated condo.

The resort is truly amazing, featuring heated pools at every building which offered a cozy retreat. Although the main pool is not heated, its size and refreshing waters provided a relaxing escape on hot days. The amenities throughout the resort were nothing short of incredible, and the quick walk to the beach made it even better. We did encounter two concerns upon arrival, but the host addressed them with immediate responsiveness, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. It felt like a calm oasis, a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach activities. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely AirBnB in a beautiful, quiet gated community with a private community beach. Kelly and Steve gave clear instructions on how to get in and were very responsive when we had questions/concerns. We had a relaxing time while we were there. The bikes were a nice perk, too!

Absolutely love this rental! Its in a quiet location and a simple walk to the beach. Pictures are accurate to listing. Kitchen was super clean, infact, the oven was so spotless, it looked new. Beds were fresh. The pool is a great addition for the kids when mom and dad are needing reprieve from the sandy beach for a bit. Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy to contact. No complaints! Looking forward to booking here again.

A Very nice place to stay and be close to beach, restaurants, bars, and marinas! Very friendly hosts. Our fur baby loved exploring the backyard!
