Everything was excellent. Nice clean space, cozy beds, great shower in the master. The deck was amazing. Kitchen was large and well stocked so cooking for the week was a breeze. The pool is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely return! Great for families looking for a home away from home.

The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everything is extremely well marked and the jacuzzi was absolutely perfect.

Stayed with four friends for the Road Atlanta race weekend. The house was accommodating, new, and full of amenities, particularly outdoors with the pool, patio, courts, and games. It was also very convenient to the track for us. Debbie was proactive and very friendly.

Diane’s place is absolutely wonderful! It’s beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly spacious. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. It was also easy to find and access, which made the whole experience seamless. Diane was a fantastic host, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

My kids and I had a wonderful spring break at Patrick and Jordan's house visiting all of our friends and favorite places around Monroe. Their house is in a super convenient and safe location and set farther back from the street so it feels more private and quiet than most of the houses around them. The house is truly bigger than it looks with plenty of space. My kids even said it felt like home before the week was over and we all slept so well in the super comfy beds!

The place was beautiful.Tierra very quick with a refrigerator situation. Brought a new refrigerator within hours. Very helpful and very quick at response responses. this place is a must have on your vacation. everything was clean the house is beautiful and so peaceful. I will definitely visit again in the near future if it’s still available.

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! We came in for the night for a concert. The farmhouse was a perfect little overnight stay! It is in a beautiful location, tucked in the woods, but still close to everything. We would definitely stay again! Communication, instructions and all were clear and quick with responses. The house was just as described.

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

Marc was great - super responsive and helpful. Best checkout policy out there, no cleaning task list! Marc was very flexible in our checkout time, which was a big help. The house is older but very clean and open feeling - great high ceilings. Parking is huge and the back yard is large and private. Super comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen is clean and very functional. All in all, a great stay!

Benjamin's house was amazing. It have everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean and a great location. He even called after our checkin to make sure we had everything we needed and said if there was anything else we needed just let him know. He also recommended some very good local restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again

This is a great place to stay. The house was as advertised and very clean. Najib was able to accommodate my early check in request which was very much appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a house that can sleeps up to 8 and fairly close to many great locations.

We had an amazing anniversary trip staying at Scott's place! The home was immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. We felt as if we were in a treehouse with the views from every room. Highly recommend!

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

My stay far exceeded my expectations. The home felt larger than shown in the pictures, an uncommon finding in the airbnb world. There is a huge fenced in yard and is in a very quite neighborhood. Anh was super helpful in replying to my questions and even allowed an extra guest and the home still felt like it had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Myself and 9 other coworkers rented both houses and we were very pleased with our stay! Both houses were clean and stocked with everything we needed… including lots of coffee which I loved! Jon was very responsive, polite and incredibly flexible when I needed to push out my check out time. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Athens area!

Worth your pay. I love how cozy this house is. He is a very intentional man and you can see it from the detailed amenities in the house. Will I come back? A VERY BIG YES! I would give it more than a 5star if I had the opportunity. Thank you for being a GREAT HOST.

Drafts place was just what we needed for our stay. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Close to groceries and restaurants. Very nice park right around the corner. Place was clean, had fresh towels and small toiletrys. Coffee was available, perfect to start the morning. Draft communication was awesome. Responded very fast. 5 stars, would recommend.

Great place to book if you ever need it. When compared to nearby places that are priced similarly, this location exceeded expectations. Was able to host 6 guests comfortably. Beautiful and quiet location. Every guest stated it felt as if we got the place for a bargain. Only constructive feedback would be to consider adding curtains or blinds to the living room windows since it is a big, picture window. Would gladly stay again next time we visit the area.
