The place was as described, but what really made the stay great was the communication and lighting fast responses from Dan. It really made everything easy. Only constructive criticism would be that it might be nice to have a couple extra blankets available. Otherwise, everything was awesome!

Awesome stay! Perfect area for food and shopping! Definitely recommend to any of my colleagues when working again in the area!

Great place for us, super easy to get to back and forth to the Rex Plex event center. Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking it again next year.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in and check-out. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was super clean with plenty of linens. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions and restaurants. The skywalk was easily accessible and provided a great opportunity to walk to my destination without having to go outside or drive. I was able to leave my car securely parked free of charge! The neighborhood was a little loud at night, but being on a high floor drowned a lot of it out. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, hassle-free getaway. I’m hoping it will be available for my next visit!

Timothy was incredible responsive and communicated very well. We got to town a little early and he accommodated us for an early check in. The space was absolutely perfect for my girlfriends and I to get ready and go to a wedding down the street at the World Food Prize building.

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

Wonderful, centralized location in Des Moines that comfortably accommodated my fam of 4 and my mom for a 3 day trip to visit college friends, relax, and enjoy family time. My kids loved the Pac Mac Machine and hot tub and the adults liked how much comfortable space there was for everyone. We walked to La Mie cafe and bakery for breakfast (it is a must for anyone visiting), took a short drive to Grays Lake for outdoor time, the Art Museum was such an unexpected gem (I can’t recommend it enough); and restaurants like St Kilde’s and Either/Or were big hits. The communication with the hosts was pleasant, responsive and easy! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Des Moines.

The house was very comfortable for our family who arrived from various parts of the USA for the Knoxville Nationals. Hot water, comfortable beds, AC, and a kitchen full of everything one needs, including spices and a few condiments was great! We would stay again.

The host was very responsible and flexible with our travel plans. So grateful!

We were in town for our grandfather’s funeral and the house was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants and the layout worked really well for us. The house is in a nice neighborhood. It’s newly renovated and all of the furniture and appliances seemed new as well. The host was very communicative and also thoughtful to leave a pack ‘n play for us to use. We would definitely rent again next time we are in town.

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

We loved the kid's toys and books and appreciated how helpful Linda was in arranging to return an item I left at her place.
