Shannon’s unit was perfect for our family holiday visit. It was well stocked, clean and inviting—-from the Nest thermostat, coffee, soda/water in the fridge to the toiletries and comfy towels in the bathroom, it was just like home. We will definitely return when visiting family in the GP area. Highly recommend!

I loved staying at Todd's place - it was the perfect get-away for a weekend with my daughter. It was so close to the Qline that we took to downtown, it was quiet and clean, and also trendy! I loved the cozy and retro atmosphere and the location was perfect for exploring the neighborhood, especially the Filipino Bakery just a couple blocks away. Highly recommend this place, it was super easy to access, Todd and Jan were so friendly and communicative, and the place was clean and comfortable.

A great cozy spot for a weekend in the city. We found the house easily and got lucky with street parking right in front for the whole weekend. Once we got more familiar with Hamtramck we figured out it was an easy on and off the highway. Walkable distance to some restaurants and interesting shops. In a quiet neighborhood and we had a peaceful stay. It is a small spot with 4 rooms and a bathroom, and no doors on anything but the bathroom. Don't expect a nice, hot, shower because the hot water doesn't keep up even with a quick shower and the knob on only hot. But, that's the only real picky spot I have and would stay at Erik's again.

Had an amazing time staying in this apartment, it literally had everything anyone would need, it seemed larger than the pictures and it was a really cosy space. Mark has clearly thought about his guests comfort as a priority, and on top of that, he was an excellent and communicative hosts. He answered many of my questions about the place and surrounding area, and was very quick to help me with anything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was brilliant!

the apartment was great! Prior to arrival we had concerns about noise at night with the house being on a busy road but this was not a concern.

Staying here was a delight. Casey was probably the most responsive host I've ever had on Airbnb (and I've been on Airbnb for 10+ years) & the apartment is spacious, clean, warm, quiet, affordable, and a great place for operating around Detroit, as long as you are comfortable with the area, which we found fine (just know you're operating in a complex urban space). There are three bus lines within a minute's walk taking you around Detroit that run early/late, you're right near the Amtrak, Grand Ave. has some real gems like the Fisher Building, and you're also not too far from some other great venues like Moondog Cafe and The Congregation. There were a lot of amenities in the apartment, which my friend and I really appreciated--the kitchen and bathroom are particularly charming (I always appreciate having coffee and toiletries to simplify my life, and these and more were available!). Highly recommend, and we could tell that Casey cares about being a great host.

Walkable, friendly neighborhood close to delicious food and convenient to Belle Isle and downtown. Remodeled upper duplex with smaller, cozy bedrooms and kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our plans changed unexpectedly. Although nothing needed to change on our hosts' end they were responsive and understanding. The apartment was lovely, well appointed and in a nice, quiet community. It was also close to shopping areas which was very helpful for us. It was just what we were looking for.

This was one of my favorite AirBnBs I've ever booked due to the epic decor! Really fun place to stay with friends. HUGE TV and couch for watching movies!

Mortada’s listing looked just like the photos. I booked this listing last minute and was accommodated same day and host was very communicative with me. The bedroom linens were clean, smelled fresh, stocked up paper towels, tissues, use of basic kitchen amenities provided. This complex was very quiet, peaceful and felt at “home”. Towels were provided and clean. The listing also has a washer and dryer inside of the unit which is a plus. Though bowling and the pool table were closed after office hours the stay was still great! I’d recommend and I’ll stay again when I’m in the area.

The unit was as described - very clean and stylish furnishings. The location is great - Northville center is walkable (if you like to walk) and there are lots of shops and restaurants there. The fitness center in the complex is terrific - well appointed and maintained. The host was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
