really lovely home that easily accommodated our group of 7 adults. plenty of spaces to congregate inside (and outside!). we only used a fraction of all the amenities, but we're thrilled with what was available for us. two of our travelers said this was their first Air BNB experience and they're total fans; like, this is a high bar for future homes. thanks!!!!

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

The photos do not do this place justice - we snuck down for a long weekend with 3 teenagers, there was more than enough space for them to relax and do their thing - and also plenty to do for entertainment - ping pong/ air hockey/ darts... etc.! Place is spotless, views on water are perfect and unobstructed - this is a beautiful and quiet spot .... I wish we could have stayed longer and are planning to return without a doubt! If you are familiar with the area - this is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the town/ restaurants/ old lighthouse .... and less than 1/2 a mile to Kaitlynn Marine... maybe a mile to Tidesides. We were able to use the dock associated with the house for our boat - making it super easy! This was an ideal spot for a great weekend - so appreciate the attention to detail/ responsiveness .... and all of the above! thank you!

This place was incredible! My group and I had a exquisite time at the lake house. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for this type of stay. You aren't far from town where they have a few great places to eat as well.

Great home and hosts. The home was comfortable and very warm. We loved the location. I would definitely come back and recommend this airbnb to anyone interested in staying in the Sodus Point area.

Emily takes a page out of “what to do when you own an Air BnB”! The house is pristinely clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Forget a toothbrush/shampoo? She’s got you covered! The kitchen includes hand towels, sponges and dish soap - your morning fuel is provided but the Keurig with several coffees to choose from (these little details go a long way when you are just there for a weekend)! We had plenty of space for our family and loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops. We travel to Sodus Point several times per year and we will be returning!

what an amazing week on the lake! The host was super kind and responsive. The home was cozy and truly felt like a home away from home. Lots of good fishing from the dock. Husband spent the week fishing (there is a bait shop in walking distance), and I spent a lot of time sitting on the dock reading. So peaceful. Will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place for a getaway with family/friends. Ben & Juli were always responsive and kind. Check-in/check-out is very straightforward and easy to follow; no issues getting in/out of the house. The kitchen was stocked up with all of the necessities. We cooked every morning and evening. The location is gorgeous and with the included kayaks/paddle board, you can go for a relaxing paddle at sunrise or sunset. It was great to sit around the fire pit with a bayfront view, and looking at all the stars was a bonus! Everyone in our group felt comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. The house was perfect for our group and I would absolutely return to this home for another vacation.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with great amenities. Exactly as it looks in pictures. Great location. Easy to get to Rochester and nearby towns. Loved playing pool!

Our trip to Sally's place was great. We were two families of four doing a long weekend trip. The home was very clean and we had plenty of sleeping room with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the addition of the basement area that had a great set up for the kids to sleep and hang out. The location of the home was close to great restaurants and the Marina. It is in a really nice neighborhood with other homes nearby, so you really have to mind your P's and Q's and prepare to be stared at by the neighbor on the right. That really wasn't a problem for us at all, but it was a little strange. Sally was a great host and was able to accomodate all our requests. She even was able to give us a couple extra hours on the end of the trip since no one was coming in after us. That made our clean up and packing SO much less stressful. Thank you Sally ! Sending... This place is fun to stay in. Beautiful orchard views, easy access to main roads, updated kitchen and baths and books everywhere. You could get lost reading and enjoying the peace and quiet here for years.

First off, we are a repeat customer which says a great deal. We love so many things about Emily’s cottage. I love the layout, the amenities and the location. The cottage is just as described. We utilized the whole house and we were very comfortable in all rooms. The beads were very comfortable. The green space in the back is a huge plus it there are kids staying at the cottage. The grill and fire pit were perfect. We parked our cars and never moved them for our entire 5 day stay. Everything is easy access, town, restaurants, beach, sunsets, sidewalks, views….. it really has it all. And, Emily is a wonderful host, quick and thorough in her responses. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay and can’t wait to return!

This was a great, fully remodeled, 3 bd/3bath house, including a big garage space with table. There were a lot more gadgets and tools in the kitchen than were listed in the description. We had a great stay. There was poison ivy in the backyard, which we luckily saw before anyone walked near it.

This property has a gorgeous view of the lake. The house is very open and beautiful and clean. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in Our family had a wonderful time there. Karen is very helpful and friendly Thank you, Karen.

Our family really enjoyed this home for the week of July 4th. It is in a great location, has a large porch with a beautiful view, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. Also, Heather couldn’t have been nicer and more responsive! We definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous host! She provided so many helpful suggestions about restaurants and grocery stores and tourism. Lots of rooms and plenty of beds, towels, kitchen supplies. Highly recommend.
