Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Enjoyed our stay at this house just outside of Black Mountain for the weekend. In a quiet spot with amazing views from porch that is only a short drive from the town and other spots. The house itself was in pristine condition when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Would highly recommend for a mountain getaway!

Would stay again. The condo was large, the kitchen was well-equipped and the location was great for everything we wanted to do. It was nice to be able to walk to the arcade, go karts and The Island without worrying about parking. The parking was great and only two steps from the door to unload and pack up. The staff at the hotel were kind and the housekeeping staff left Easter eggs for my son to find which was a fun surprise. Poliana was a great host. I'm sure this place will continue to book fast, so if you're on the fence and don't need a woodsy environment, this is the best place!

We had a great time on our Spring Break. Tons of space and a great layout. Our kids loved the game room, and the dog loved the fenced in backyard. The hot tub was lovely as well. Super clean and a very responsive host. No complaints!

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for my family to all spend time together or to hang off by themselves if they wanted. Owners were very successful in preparing the property to make you feel right at home. The layout was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. You had a real mountain feel with anything you may need a quick drive away. I appreciated how responsive the hosts were. We have family in the area and plan to stay again in the future. Thank you for having us!!

The house is at the top of a cul-de-sac in a small, quiet neighborhood. Being near the highway made it super convenient to visit West Asheville and get groceries at Ingles down the street. The primary bedroom was SO QUIET and could be made very dark, so it was great for sleeping! Everything was clean, in working condition, and well equipped. Whether you like a shower stall, a regular tub, or a soaking tub, you get all three at this house. The host was courteously communicative at just the right times. Overall, a really nice stay.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Gabriel was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was exactly like the pictures showed, and very clean. We also love being able to park at the condo and walk everywhere. It's right around the corner from everything, but felt peaceful and quiet at the same time.

We had a great stay at the condo. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was a rainy evening so we spent hours at the indoor pool and my kids had a blast! The best part of all was the breathtaking view of the mountains. Waking up to a sunrise over the Smokies was truly unforgettable. I recommend the condo and would definitely stay again!

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

We only took the car out to drive through the mountains and to ride to Pigeon Forge. It was great not having to find a parking spot in such a busy area. This condo was perfect for the two of us even though there was a sleeper sofa for a third person if needed. This condo was very clean and an easy walk to main street Gatlinburg even for us senior citizens ☺️. We had a great time and would highly recommend this one! We hope to come back.
