I stayed here for 4 months while on a travel RN assignment at the local hospital. It was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better stay, or better hosts! Hannah and John were super kind and thoughtful, and their sweet kids became good yard buddies for romping with the dogs! The apartment is spacious, clean, and private. The fenced-in yard is amazing and the views of the mountains are the best. I would of course stay here again, my dog and I felt right at home. We will miss our awesome accommodations and our new friends in Utah!

One of the nicest air bnbs we have ever rented. Kind and responsive owners, impeccably clean and well-equipped space. Hoping to stay there again in the future if our travels bring us back to Layton.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying here. What a wonderful place! We are always pleased with the location, secluded location, peaceful surroundings, and amenities. The host is responsive and helpful.

For the purpose of our trip, skiing at Snowbasin, the place is an excellent choice. There are few accommodations closer to the resort, about 9 miles, and the approach is from the north which avoids most traffic from the Ogden area. The apartment is very well stocked with linen, dishes, pots and pans and other kitchen items including lots of Keurig coffee and tea pods. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome. Views are mostly of a farm with horses in a snowy pasture. There was a bit of confusion around who to contact for what issue. Larkin is the leasing agent for the owner Jim, who lives upstairs. We had some pleasant interactions from Jim about a Wi-Fi problem and a couple of other minor things that I can’t remember. In all cases he was great to work with. I highly recommend the place, we would go back if the occasion arose.

Nichol is a wonderful host. Her Airbnb is so comfortable and she went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Her breakfasts are amazing and she even made us gluten free treats!

Great location, quick access to I-15, great location with lots to do near the rental, the Davis Conference Center which is why were in the area was only a short 4 min drive away, which allowed us to enjoy a board game convention there. The space itself was great, clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed to relax and get rest between the days of the convention. Having great location, great food nearby, and great host as well. Would recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to relax. I plan to keep an eye out for this rental when I do the board game convention again in the future.

Exactly what we expected. Paige was really helpful, and accommodated us after we decided to extend our stay. Awesome private place, and super safe neighborhood!

Great space. Cozy. Chad made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're skiing at one of the nearby ski areas.

Jack made check in very easy , simple instructions always very responsive to questions I had home was cozy and felt like home will definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends !

Melinda’s place was just as described - COZY. It’s definitely a basement apartment in an old home as stated in the description; Nothing chic or fancy about it, but incredibly cozy and clean. Comfortable mattress. Everything and more than you could ask for in the kitchen and pantry. We booked a single night last-minute (within hours of checking in) and the hosts were swift to respond, extremely accommodating, and had everything ready for us when we arrived. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed for a week in mid March of 2025. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept. It was well stocked and had high end towels and pillows. It had a modern washer and dryer which was helpful. The unit was quiet and restful : Three bedrooms ; one of which had a set of two bunkbeds and two separate bedrooms. Two modern bathrooms. The outside neighborhood is unassuming and it’s on a chill street with little traffic. Grocery shopping and restaurants were really convenient. The host, Chris, was super nice and couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent value.

Tamara’s place was so cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again!

Spent the week riding Snow Basin with my kids. Perfect location. Don’t pack groceries, Lee’s Marketplace has it all and just down the street. Super easy, convenient, and the neighborhood turkeys are entertaining (not people, lots of birds). What a lovely family who is so kind to share their home, see you next year!
