Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

We had the perfect week away at this amazing house. Chris was nothing short of amazing and quickly responded to us with all questions or concerns.

The house was very clean and tidy. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Host was friendly and responded to communications swiftly. Lots of lovely beaches and other attractions near by.

This was the perfect getaway! We absolutely loved the pool area — it was such a great place to relax. The house itself is super nice, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for a family or a group of friends to enjoy. One of the highlights was definitely the horses on the property — it was such a unique experience to be able to pet and feed them during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful escape with a special touch!

Nice place. Great to have the pool. Would come here again if we wanted a residential neighborhood. Was not a commercialized area. Felt like we were Floridians. 😀

We stayed in the house for Spring break, 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved the house, lots of room for the 2 and 6 year old to play. Pool was a hit , private with lots of room outside. Saw manatees, turtles, fish and birds off of the dock. Thanks for a great vacation stay.

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

Nice quiet canal, very close to the hospital hole if that’s the area you are in search of. We like kayaking on the quieter private canals, and it’s also very close for that. Beautiful top deck, wrap around enclosed porch - another enclosed area right on top of the water to keep the bugs away while you enjoy company. We had an unexpected one hour lightning and thunder show, we enjoyed it comfortably from that space. Easy launch for kayaks. The host was so kind to leave snacks, water, full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which seems simple, but we have not been lucky enough to find in other places we’ve rented.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

Thank you for a welcoming place to rest for a few days. There was a lot to do, including kayaking and games. We appreciated the little things like having ice in the freezer and a spare fan! The beds were comfortable. This is one of our favorite places to catch some rest and relaxation. We had a front row seat to observe the wildlife and it didn’t disappoint! We will gladly return for future adventures! Thank you!!!

We had a great time at Matthew’s place! The house was very spacious and had everything we needed! The walk to Sunset Beach was nice, about 15-20mins. Pool was perfect for our two families. Guest house was nice for our teen boys to have a separate space!

House is very nice, exactly as described. The house has everything you would need and think of. It was not lacking any amenities. The host was very friendly and responsive.
