I decided to book this duplex for 10 days as it was very close to my daughter's house. The place was pristine! The neighborhood is older but safe. Its location was very convenient to many amenities (grocery, gas, shopping, parks, Gulf of America, movies, etc.). It was private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Located in a very quiet cozy neighborhood. The room was very clean and well-kept. Very happy with my decision to stay here.

The place was amazing! The place looked like how it was pictured and a beautiful cozy place to stay at especially if you’re only here for a few days or even more! Neighborhood is peaceful and quite as well:) totally would recommend for anyone who’s in or near Tampa area for Yessika’s place:)

Great location…..close to many attractions. Informed Cameron of some minor repairs that were needed and she immediately offered to send someone over. Since it was minor, we declined but was impressed at how responsive she was. We would definitely rebook with Cameron.

Aida’s house provided everything needed for our week stay., everything about the house looks just like the pictures and listed amenities. We were an hour or less drive from a ton of things to see and do and more than enough restaurants to choose from. We had a great time.

Hi we had a wonderful time in your lovely home....we greatly appreciate everything...your house has everything that everyone would need .. the only issue was the king bed it was way too soft for me ...but that was just me and my youngest..lol...we ran our of plastic bags and paper towels and toilet paper but other than that it was a superb stay.. especially being that My son only lives 7 minutes away...maybe for the pool room have a portable heater in the winter..i didn't think that Florida could get that cold well it's better than back home in Jersey where it's like 12 degrees LOL!

Jennifer was extremely responsive when we messaged her. The home was perfect for the 8 adults we traveled with. We were very impressed with the quality, amount of supplies available to us as well as the host reaching out immediately to see if we needed anything on arrival. The place was great, nice and spacious, big TV's, great kitchen. Shane, the host, was responsive with communication. Very quiet subdivision. All around, great place to stay.

There were 6 of us and had plenty of room. The place was super clean, comfortable beds and a nice pool deck. Unfortunately it was too cold for our trip but definitely would have enjoyed sitting outside if warmer. Austin responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

Great for what we needed it for, and close to our planned activities.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

May was a great host- her place was spotless and had everything we needed plus bikes the family used to ride on the Pinellas Trail less than a block away. Though we didn’t use the pool, it felt warm enough to swim in even in January. A lot of the docks have washed away though making walking to good fishing spots tricky but May was helpful in guiding us. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

This property is great! Whether you are staying for a weekend / week of golf at the resort or if you just want a get away! The golf course is steps away from the walk out patio! The club house is very close walking distance to be able to go sit around one of the two fires outside and enjoy lunch / dinner and or a drink! This was a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Amanda was an excellent host. We urgently needed to book somewhere last minute, as our vacation accommodations fell through unexpectedly. Amanda let us check in immediately after booking. She was super responsive and helpful. Her place was exactly as pictured and very clean. The hot tub was recently renovated and it is AWESOME with a beautiful view of the water and sunset. The downtown area is super cute, with lots of fun places to eat and drink. We rented bikes from a bike shop downtown and biked to Honeymoon Island (highly recommend!). Thanks for everything, Amanda!
