I loved the house and the pool was perfect. Nichole responded to any questions in a short amount of time.

We stayed there last March and nothing has changed even after the storm last year the place looks the same and Larry was very helpful, no disappointments I highly recommend Sun Wild adventure.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We were pleasantly surprised to find this home as it appeared in its photos. We have experienced the opposite. This home was beautifully maintained - very clean - no clutter. We so enjoyed the covered outside kitchen and sitting area. It seemed pretty private, and provided so many things to entertain: air hockey, massage chair, sauna, jacuzzi, fishing poles........... It's a great house for a family. Would definitely consider renting this again in the future. Thanks for making this such a welcoming home!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

We had the perfect week away at this amazing house. Chris was nothing short of amazing and quickly responded to us with all questions or concerns.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. We loved our stay at Andi’s home in Weeki Wachee. We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the dock and then hopping into one of the many kayaks to explore the pristine and amazing Weeki Wachee river. My son and I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. The house was comfortable and Andi was a responsive and wonderful host.

Found this quiet spot in Dade City. It was clean, private, roomy, and away from the city. I would suggest buying some snacks and food before arriving so you don't have an extra drive to do later. Zachary was responsive with any questions I had. Recommend this place to other guest wanting to get away from the loud noise of city life.

This was a wonderful place for my family to visit and spend time together. I loved the view and peace. Sharon is very hospitable very sweet! We will definitely go back!

We were so lucky to have found Kathy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and didn't want for anything. Kathy is very friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed spending time with her. I would go back there in a heartbeat and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quiet pristine environment.

This Airbnb is a great value. Judith's apartment is located in a quiet and beutiful neighborhood on an estate size lot. Step out the door onto a large private patio and swimming pool with tables, chairs, a grill, and pool toys. The patio overlooks a garden, fire pit, and a large nature pond. The sandhill cranes seem to like it. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and very clean. I hope it's available the next time my family visits Tampa.

Amy is a Wonderful host; responsive, kind and courteous. Lots of Sunshine and Fresh air here! Plenty of room outside on the rooftop sun deck. Love it, I’ll be back next week. ☀️ 🏝️

Roosters Hut was a beautiful stay. Peaceful with a sweet atmosphere. Windows everywhere but still private. There was a fresh air breeze that made it feel unique. The area is pretty easy to get to from the airport. It was also very easy to get into the expressways/highways to get to the beaches or other location activities. A great spot if you’re looking for a couples getaway that’s not crowded by the tourist beach atmosphere. The local restaurants are good. I recommend Ben T. Davis beach with the restaurant right on that strip. It was a favorite for us being a small family. Thnx again Nicole for your amazing hospitality!

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The host said the river was magic—and it truly was. We saw several manatees, including one right off the back dock! The kayaks were a big hit, and the whole family had a great time. Highly recommend!

The cabin was incredible was perfect for our stay. I recommend bringing a twin mattress topper for the pull out bed. The mini fridge was surprisingly large and he has a gril available for use for cooking. Nice little pond to catch some fish we caught a few bluegills and a cat fish. The trail was nice and the weather was perfect. Will definitely be staying again soon!

This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.

A magical and peaceful escape! Staying at Judah’s “Green House Under the Oaks” was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in nature and surrounded by peaceful charm. Tucked between majestic oaks, the property felt like a storybook retreat. Though we didn’t see any wildlife, the setting was serene and beautiful. The home is full of character and warmth. The green room was a calming gem, and the upstairs master suite felt like a private oasis with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the thoughtful touches throughout—from comfy beds to the inviting deck—made it extra special. Judah was a wonderful and responsive host, and it’s clear how much love has gone into this space. Our only regret is staying just one night—it wasn’t enough! We’ll definitely be back, and next time, for longer. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway near Weeki Wachee and Brooksville, this is the place!
