The Chill House was a perfect place to stay if your in western Pasco county. It is convienent to everything! Right off US 19 wich connects to many of the gulf coast areas, easy to get to Hernando, Citris, & Pinellas counties. Spent time at Tarpon Springs, Hudson Beach, & Crystal River. The home is a family & pet friendly place & Maram's a wonderful host! "Quick to respond & assist in any needs that come up". I look forward to my next stay & highly recommend!

Ana’s house was very well outfitted and very clean. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to a few minor issues which were resolved. Very nice house and location though there is some local road noise nearby. Fenced yard also very beneficial if you have a small pet as well. Nice home and good value.

Book this great house for the location alone! You will get a Superhost in Ryan, and a nicely appointed vacation home with easy access to a lovely nature park just across the street all while less than a 1.5 miles to the famous Sponge Docks and Greek section of Tarpon Springs. The nature park is a great spot to walk your dog or just enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Clean, comfortable and nicely remodeled home, great bed, and functional kitchen with plenty of storage for your items. Ryan is highly engaged and responsive; you won’t be disappointed with this Tarpon Springs home. We would book again without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

Beautiful view and great value. The house was very clean and super cute. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for our family. We were very comfortable and it met our needs perfectly. Our host was so quick to respond to any of my questions. Definitely reccomend this place to others for a great stay!

We had the perfect week away at this amazing house. Chris was nothing short of amazing and quickly responded to us with all questions or concerns.

This place was perfect for myself, husband and 2 dogs. It had a pool and more importantly a fenced in yard for our dogs. It was located near places to eat and shop yet tucked away from the busyness. I defiantly would recommend this place.

Two couples (70’s) rented. There are stairs but it wasn’t an issue. The house was clean, very well stocked, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean with plenty of seating. The deck overlooking the pool and canal/bay had plenty of seating and a grill, and the views/sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for walking to great bars/restaurants/ shopping, and for our daily morning walks. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Lyndsay was very responsive and we will rent again! Loved the place!

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Spacious. Had everything to accommodate kids including plastic kitchenware! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too! We had fun and enjoyed the space. The host was great as well! ^_^

Great place for families! Everything you need is already there! Pool was amazing and the neighborhood is super quiet!

It was definitely an older house with minor blemishes but very well maintained and while the handyman was fixing the shower I noticed a broken metal flashing by the sliding glass door leading in from the pool and told the kids to be careful. He overheard and fixed it too! The pool was very nice and the layout of the house and yard was great. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to unwind, plenty of space, spotless, and I didn't see a single bug, love the enclosed screens. Everything worked, there was everything I needed and more, great hosts, great place, felt at home instantly.

This place was a jewel. The floating dock made putting the paddleboards in the water super easy. The backyard was beautiful at night with the lights. We simply stored the boards under the shed each night. The house was cozy and very comfortable. Everything was provided. I will be booking it again for next year. You have a gorgeous home. We stayed there last March and nothing has changed even after the storm last year the place looks the same and Larry was very helpful, no disappointments I highly recommend Sun Wild adventure.

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The host said the river was magic—and it truly was. We saw several manatees, including one right off the back dock! The kayaks were a big hit, and the whole family had a great time. Highly recommend!

what an amazing place! i was in awe from the moment i walked through the door until the moment i walked out. everything was so thought out, besides the beautiful creativity itself it was such a cozy place to stay, had tons of amenities full sized kitchen appliances was such a nice surprise to find in an airbnb, and we LOVED the outdoor seating. disappointed we didn’t have more time to stay but definitely looking to find an excuse to come back :D

We had a wonderful stay at Daymara’s. Her place was close to so many things to do- hiking, kayaking, beaches, and nice to have regular stores and restaurants nearby. We especially loved the pool if we didn’t want to mess with the wind or the sand at the beach. The house itself had everything we needed and was comfortable. Daymara was quick to respond and helpful when contacted. We would stay again.
