Jay ist ein freundlicher und unterhaltsamer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich. Wir werden auf jeden fall in Kontakt bleiben und wieder kommen.

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Dorothea hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Umland mit direkter S-Bahn-Anbindung nach München genossen!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Blanca und Michael (und Merlin) ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein gemütliches Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und sogar eigenem Balkon, das habe ich abends ausgiebig genutzt :) Bad, Toilette und Küche sind wunderbar eingerichtet und blitzesauber. Das Frühstück hat Blanca mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichtet und mir hat es an nichts gefehlt - außer an noch mehr Zeit für tolle Gespräche mit den beiden, so herzliche Menschen sind einfach wunderbar =) Ich übernachte sehr gerne wieder dort!

An excellent stay. I can’t speak enough about how beautiful the home is and the patio is beyond even that. Stephanie is super flexible and a very good host. The breakfast spread is beyond most restaurants. What an awesome stay.

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr lieben und netten Gastgebern. Es hat alles super gut geklappt und ich habe mich gleich richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen war genau das, was ich für ein paar Tage am Tegernsee gesucht habe. Michaela ist ein herzensguter Mensch und immer um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich wie in Omas Stübchen und unheimlich wohl. Es gab jeden Morgen ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und nette Gespräche, wohin es am Tag gehen wird. Michaela hatte immer Tipps parat und gute Ratschläge, wie man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln am Besten zu den Wanderzielen gelangt. Am Ende meines Aufenthalts erkältete ich mich und bekam prompt eine Teekanne und Wasserkocher gebracht. Wirklich ein ganz toller Aufenthalt, den ich nur jedem ans Herz legen kann. Zur Unterkunft gehörte auch ein Stückchen Terrasse, welche bei warmen Temperaturen zum verweilen einläd. 100 m um die Ecke ist direkt der See, 10 min entfernt die nächste Bushaltestelle. Wer morgens zudem noch gerne mit Kuhglockengeläut und Pferdchen aufwacht, ist hier goldrichtig.

There's so much to see around the neighborhood. Especially lakes around the area are just simply breathtaking. The house itself is extremely quite and well taken care of. However, if you're staying a bit longer washing your clothes might become an issue. No wash-machine and obviously no coin wash shops are around. Also while you're hear check out the local restaurant that is in front of the church. Best German food I've ever had.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Hands down, the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. There was not one detail missed or overlooked. The place was decorated beautifully, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were great. Daniela was amazing at communicating and answering any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay and looking at those amazing views of the mountains each day. 10/10 recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Stephan - always helpful and attentive, smart, funny, the kind of person you want as a friend. And then there's the apartment - spacious, has everything (a 3-4-5 minute tea timer? Really??!!), super comfortable bed and linens. And the location - multiple excellent restaurants and a small market within a few blocks, quiet and peaceful. It just felt like home right away. Thanks so much, Stephan, for this experience!

Una estancia muy buena para las 4 personas que éramos . Ruth es una persona súper atenta y nos ha atendido genial. Nos dejó cosas para el desayuno y para el baño, y todas las dudas las respondía al momento. El piso tiene buena ubicación para llegar al centro, y la zona está muy bien porque no hay que pagar parking y tiene muy cerca un edeka. Nos ha agradado mucho la experiencia. El precio estaba muy bien en comparación con el resto de pisos que habíamos visto, así que quedamos muy contentas.

Philipps place was perfect for my stay. The apartment had all amenities to make my stay comfortable and homely. Communication was easy and efficient at all times. Obviously the views were wonderful. As I stayed for work purposes I can't comment on vicinity to tourist attractions. But I can only recommend Philipps place overall.

Eva ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig

Freundliche Gastgeber, Gut Bürgerliches Frühstück, Zimmer normal Bzw. Etwas Rustikal aber bequem, sauber und ordentlich, Hochwertiges und neues Badezimmer. Je nach Lage der Zimmer schöne Aussicht. Für uns, als Wochenendtrip nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

Steffi was very nice and accommodating. She spoke great English, was attentive to our needs, and made a great traditional German breakfast. The eggs were from her own chickens out back, homemade jam, everything was locally sourced and was delicious! The room we stayed in was up 2 flights of stairs (fairly narrow fyi and watch your head) which made it feel very private. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Maria war über alle Maßen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Gerne immer wieder.

Für einen 2 tägigen Aufenthalt war alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Smarte 'Check-In' Küche, leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück und dazu einen beheizten Pool. Michael hat uns sehr gut im Vorfeld über alles informiert und war selbst am Anreisetag sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
