All was wonderful, easy drive to condo, easy to get in, good restaurants around us, easy drive to town... beach was awesome! I love coming to FL this time of the year in November we have had great luck with the weather and temperature of water and best of all less crowds. Appreciated the beach towels not having to bring them was a lifesaver, we were limited in space in the vehicle. The garage was well stocked, we loved having the ability to bike ride, body surf (I will buy one for myself HA), tennis rackets, just great.

We fish tournaments and frequently stay in BNB’s. This was hands down the best one yet. The host contacted me once we arrived and walked me through everything on the phone so we knew where everything was. We had an issue with no hot water, I contacted her and she had it fixed before we returned to the house the next day. She was very flexible on the check in/out procedure which made things easy for us. The house was great and we had a cover to back the boat under so it stay dry without having to put cover on it. We will definitely use the place again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

The place was lovely with a wonderful view of the beach. It was easy to access and perfectly located. Marty was very responsive and patient with my over tired mom brain questions. I loved the proximity to not only the beach but hot tubs and pools. With a short drive to some wonderful restaurants and downtown!

Salt Springs Resort is definitely a fun little community where folks reside and use golf carts. The pool was nice the resort is friendly and it's A GREAT VALUE. I had a great time and people are smiling and happy laid back. The springs are across the street and chg $12 a person to enter. Well worth it!!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.

My wife described the stay as “absolutely fabulous “. We took our mothers to St Augustine to explore the wonderful city where we got engaged, and this stay made it feel like a luxury trip! We also saw deer in the backyard, it was so spacious, peaceful, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

We found this location as we were needing to evacuate the Tampa area ahead of hurricane Milton. Our host was very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable!

Place was cozy, crescent beach was a short walk. Across the main road but there is a cross-walk. The beach sand was nicer than st-Augustine and less packed. Great location to walk over and watch the sunrise. 904 fusion is a nice little local restaurant with live music and we walked so we could enjoy a few drinks. St-Augustine is a 10-min drive and Daytona Beach is about an hour South - very scenic drive along the coast

Perfect beach get-a-way...clean, comfortable, well-stocked accommodation with nearby awesome restaurants as well as close proximity to historic St. Augustine. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful. The beach was a hop, skip, and jump away! Communication with the host was easy and he was very professional.

We had a wonderful stay with Walt and Cassandra. The house is very nice. The furniture and decor are very personalized and absolutely harmonious with the whole location The kitchen was excellently equipped - almost the best Airbnb we have ever had during all our travels. It was very easy to cook dinner. Another positive thing to mention is the bed - we slept very well on the mattress. About the area: The house is quiet and you can easily relax away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Super starry sky due to the low light pollution. There are chickens on the property, which provided us with fresh eggs every morning. There are also 2 cats living on the property. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would book it a second time.

Great spot and an excellent host. I loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and hanging with Molly the outdoor vacation kitty. Much appreciated, see you next time.

Had a great stay in St. Augustine. Peaceful and just what we needed for a quick getaway

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much.

The condo was well equipped and conveniently located. We had everything we needed and the furniture was nice, beds comfy, and the outside deck was a nice place to gather.

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

Loved this condo! Ocean/pool view. Condo exactly as described and Lora was very prompt and courteous with responses. Easy walk over dunes to ocean. Area was so private and felt like had the beach to ourselves. There were chairs to take to the beach. Noodles for the pool. Didn’t get to use the pool…only downside was pool was not heated. Condo was well appointed and kitchen had basics that we needed for coffee/breakfast in the morning to enjoy on the balcony... It was perfect and gave the best breezes while enjoying that beautiful view! Beds comfortable. Unit had more of townhouse feel (which we loved!) ….first floor kitchen/dining room/living room and balcony . Upstairs 2 bedrooms/ 2 full baths and washer/dryer. Great space..never felt like we were on top of eachother. There were board games there that we enjoyed playing in the evening. Violas right across the street had very good pizza! On Main Street so stores/restaurants not far. Hope to come back and enjoy the pool!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Matthew's condo, located in Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island was a short drive to some great locations including St. Augustine Old Town, a great place to spend time, beautiful Anastasia Island State Park and much more. We took a sunset cruise in the bay, toured St Augustine, played mini golf and had plenty of beach time. Comfortable accommodations, had most everything we needed. Must have a car to enjoy the area. Great stay ll in all. Glad we came down in April, wasn't terribly crowded.
