We just returned from a stay at Lazy Bones and WOW!! Ed & Kimberley's home is like a big warm hug- rustic, cozy & peaceful in BEAUTIFUL surroundings. Ed & Kimberley have gone above and beyond to make things comfortable and convenient! This is easily one of the best stocked AirBNB homes I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is AWESOME! If you love to cook, there is everything you could want to make great meals- high end pots/pans/utensils...there is nothing that I looked for that I couldn't find. Bathrooms are stocked with supplies. They even labeled the fixtures so you aren't fiddling incessantly. Beds are super comfortable with awesome pillows- we slept like bricks! The back porch is wonderful - gas grill with full propane and a full array of BBQ tools. Stunning views of stars at night when you turn the lights down. Our doggies had a blast running around too- lots of room outside after closing the gate into the driveway. Thank you so much Ed & Kimberley- we will be back!

We loved it! Great place to relax after rafting. Would recommend for star gazing as well! The Perseids shower peaked the day we left, but we were able to see some crazy beautiful shooting stars on our last night. It was amazing :) Would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful cabin at the end of a private drive. The views are amazing. We visited in March when it was cold outside but there was a lovely heater burning when we arrived. Tammar always responded to questions and was very helpful. We just stayed one night but wished we had booked longer.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing time at Shelby's place in Alta Sierra, a wooded area only a few minutes, but a world away, from Lake Isabella. It is a great place to escape the summer heat, with lots of beautiful cedars and little creeks and springs and an abundance of wildlife. The neighborhood is filled with older classic family cabins, and Shelby's was comfortable, well-stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed all of the prints and paintings and touches of nature that decorated the cabin. The bed was very comfortable with soft, high quality linens. We were able to completely unwind with the absence of the internet, and we relaxed to the sound of the breeze blowing through the tall trees and the singing of the many birds. One morning we watched a doe and 2 fawns stop to drink from the spring on the property. And in case we got bored (which we did not as there is so much to do nearby) the cabin has many games, records and a record player, and DVDs and books.

I had a wonderful stay at Christos' place! From the very start, his communication was top-notch—he was incredibly responsive and flexible, which made me feel truly like a special guest. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it had a great, welcoming vibe. The highlight was definitely the lake view from the deck—it was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. I also loved the cozy chimney, which added to the charm of the place. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

host is very nice and personable, the home was exactly what we expected when we booked it for my birthday weekend. The morning view with coffee is right where you want to be.
