I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

This is a great location! The home is very nice and has an eclectic interior design that deserves to be featured in Architectural Digest! The house is pretty spacious and located proximately to a grocery store if you need anything. Also the location is great easy to get to the train or Uber if you need. This is definitely a place I would consider visiting again!

Five star property! This was our second stay at Nancy’s. It’s a beautiful and comfortable retreat that makes a great base for exploring Kent while within easy reach of London. It’s very spacious, with great pubs nearby, and the pool is a bonus

Absolutely fabulous!! What a perfect place! The location is superb, just enough out of the way to be quiet and see all the stars, yet close enough to the cities and transportation to get anywhere you need without a fuss. Plus the pool and the gardens!! What a fantastic treat! Alex was so wonderfully accommodating and helpful! She had all the little niceties, especially for a family, that made our stay just a little bit easier. Super clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better host or accommodations!

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a lovely three night stay at this property. The pool was the reason we selected, as I have two kids, and it was worth every penny. The water was warm, the hot tub was relaxing, and we enjoyed it so much. The house is stunning and provided exactly what we needed. We walked to the bus to get into London and it was super easy. We loved the property and would absolutely recommend it! Thank you!!

Great space in a good location. Close to walk around to various locations / train stations. Close enough to everything but quiet enough to be away from lots of loud street noise which was great. Was great to hang out with the cats which made it feel really homey! Kitchen was filled with lots of utensils etc. that made it great to cook in. No complaints at all. Aline was really helpful and friendly when checking in. Would stay there again for sure.

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The house was very very nice and pretty large which we needed and in a superb location. Very nice quiet street but also very close to Church Street and all its amen. The kids playroom basement was a real bonus for our kids. Kaz was very friendly and really helped us out by letting us drop our 4 suitcases when we arrived in Stoke Newington otherwise we would have had an awkward few hours! She also let us move into the house early which was also very appreciated. Overall it was probably our best Airbnb experience to date.

Fantastic location- do walk along the Thames Path into Greenwich past the Cutty Sark, stunning in the evening too. Feels very safe, haven in a central location. Lots of good food pubs, everywhere easily accessible from Maze Hill. Cottage has everything you need for a stay. Cosy space with garden to sit in for breakfast coffee.

Perminder was a great host, communication was quick and easy, house was as described and check in was simple and hassle free. Would highly recommend staying at Perminders if anyone is every in the area, will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

Notre séjour chez Joce s'est très bien passé ! Toutes les instructions étaient claires, l'arrivée en autonomie était facile. Dans le logement, tout était propre et pratique, fidèle à la description et aux photos. Nous avons apprécié que le métro soit accessible à 3 minutes à pied afin de se rendre dans le centre de Londres en 30 minutes ! L'option jacuzzi proposée est un agréable plus au moment de Noël pour se réchauffer après une journée de visite. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

We were in Brixton for a wedding with a group of friends and Ben's place was a great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable and had a lovely big and light kitchen and lounge area for the group to enjoy. Ben was really helpful and responsive with everything we needed during our stay - thanks so much Ben!

June's place was absolutely spot on. We used it as a landing pad to get in and out of Central London for a weekend. Four generations of my family stayed at the same time (12 people aged 8 months to 81 years) so it was important for us to have space to spend time together and also that we had access to our space in case we'd had enough of each other😂. The house is lovely and met our needs perfectly; really homely and well furnished🏡. Also perfectly placed for jumping on the tube which is just a 5 min walk 🚇 Jubed called around to see us before we left and it was great to meet him - he's such a helpful and fantastic host. Thank you so much ❤️

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt in Malins Haus war wirklich schön. Es war bestens ausgestattet – von Handtüchern bis zur komplett eingerichteten Küche war alles vorhanden. Die U-Bahn-Station ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso wie mehrere Busverbindungen, sodass man schnell und bequem ins Stadtzentrum gelangt. Wir waren als Familie mit vier Personen dort, da wir die Harry-Potter-Studios besucht haben. Auch die Anreise dorthin war unkompliziert – von Archway aus war es problemlos machbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Genuinely a hidden gem and not given enough credit from the photos. Feels like home, really big house. Amazing for families with kids. Lots of toys and a yard to spend some time when it’s sunny. Sarah is super friendly and responsive.

Just got back from an amazing stay in London! The location was perfect—right on the Elizabeth line and only a 5 minute walk to the station. The house was clean and cozy, and the radiator kept us warm day and night. Oliver was super nice and even brought us some veggies, fruit, and bread! He was quick to reply to messages and gave clear directions to the house and downtown. Overall, it was a fantastic time, and I’d definitely visit again!!! <3
