We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this bright and spacious home with lots of light, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and clear communication from Gary and Kris. We were able to drive into the CBD in 12 minutes. Thank you Kris and Gary for a lovely stay.

Sayuri’s place was perfect for our two night stay. We felt right at home and like we were Wellington locals. The location close to the city but not in it was terrific. We had access to the city by walking and Cable Car. With the university nearby there was a good vibe around. We had a rental car on our second day and we were able to manage on street and nearby parking AOK. Everything inside was as described - comfortable, no clutter and space enough for three adults to relax and enjoy. Sayuri was an exceptional host - communication was friendly and responsive. A magic touch was her providing us with some butter when we asked if there might be a shop nearby for us to get some. We’d love to return to Sayuri’s place again in future.

Wir haben als eine 4-köpfige Familie bei Zoltan in der Wohnung 2 Nächte übernachtet. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und ordentlich und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Kommunikation mit Zoltan war sehr respektvoll und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns wirklich wie Zuhause gefühlt und können daher diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

This is a great place to stay. Lovely comfortable house and so handy to restaurants and Brewtown where we went to a concert. Having some breakfast available was great and especially loved the secure garage where we could park our motorbike.

Penny's place is absolutely beautiful. One of the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Location is fabulous with great views and a lovely beach across the road. The house feels really light and spacious, much more so than the photos suggest. Lovely furniture, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Penny also provided a high chair for our little one. Will definitely be staying again when in Wellington.

Was totally happy in Rhys' place. I, especially loved the big windows that let a lot of natural light into the apartment. Even though I only took time once to cook, the kitchen was well equipped and I could have done a lot more than one meal. The working space is big enough and comfy to work a whole day on it. The bed was also very comfy and I slept very good in it. Loved that you had multiple pillows to decide between. Would definitely book again.

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but convenient to everything including shops, places to see and events centre. Couldn't be more helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean and welcoming plus everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommended and I hope to stay again.

My husband and I had an excellent month-long stay at Julie's apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, in a beautiful, peaceful area of Wellington, close to my daughter's house. The village of Khandallah is just a five-minute walk from the apartment and has a few small shops, a supermarket, and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, safe, quiet, and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, the living room and the bathroom are spacious, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook comfortably. Julie is an excellent host, friendly and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend Cashmere Retreat if you are visiting Wellington!

This roomy apartment in the heart of Wellington offers spectacular views and a prime location—just a short stroll from the waterfront. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting, with everything easily accessible on foot. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay all the more enjoyable. We had an enjoyable stay here. It's in a pretty neighbourhood, which is nice and close to Wellington for sightseeing. Janice and Phil were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the big selection of breakfast items and the cookies. The unit has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and a peaceful night's rest.

We arrived in Wellington rather late, after a long day driving in a rental car that had a questionable battery. We also neglected to look at the link Stephanie sent, although we did read everything else. So we tried to find the place with Google and couldn’t. I finally parked in a sketchy spot and scouted the area on foot whereupon I did locate the building. At this point I had messaged her asking for help and she almost immediately called me! She patiently guided us into the parking garage and our specific spot, which were indeed tricky without using the link. She then guided us to the room, staying on the phone until we were in. We found the place to be very clean, modern, slightly arty, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spotless. I really appreciate Stephanie’s dedication to her guests and her good humor dealing with us, who were having a high maintenance evening. You are in good hands with Stephanie.

Family had a wonderful stay at Peace's place, the flat is pristine, modern and very comfortable. A great location for us wanting to be near Porirua and Tawa.

This home’s 180+ degree views encompass a wide sailboard and surfers beach, Wellington airport’s final-approach flight path (which is quiet) and the mouth of Wellington Harbor. Therefore it is fun, fascinating and fulfilling.

It's a wonderful house with a garden-like yard, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host is very friendly and helped us plan our bus routes with great enthusiasm. The rooms are fully equipped, and both the host and the rooms made me and my daughter feel very warm.

Jan is a most kind, caring, and thoughtful host. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her guests. She is industrious and proactive day and night providing a first class base for our exploration of Wellington. Can't recommend her place more highly!

We had the loveliest time and our hosts made us feel right at home straight away. It is a very convenient spot for visiting university student offspring. The view and room is outstanding and we will no doubt be back one day.

A great place to stay. Handy to Petone and getting on the motorway to Wellington. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. An idyllic location nestled amongst the trees with stunning views over Wellington harbour towards the city. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a lovely stay at Rudi and Penny's home. They were very welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable . I appreciated their willingness and consideration to help me with anything I might need such as transport and food. They were superb hosts and I really enjoyed their company.
