Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

Clean and met the expectations, good price for the location.

Great place. Looks like the photos. Very clean. it has everything for a long term stay. All that you need to cook any meals. Private. Quiet. Nice amenities. Great internet, very fast and strong wifi.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was ideal with quick and easy access to all the places we wanted to get to. Parking was convenient, right in front of the rental, on the street. It was well lit and felt safe. Thank you and we look forward to a future stay!

Great stay, great hosts, great design of place, hip neighborhood. Only flaw (no fault of the hosts) is a large construction site right in front of the condo building where this listing is. The hosts thoughtfully provided a white noise machine but a little more heads up while the construction is ongoing would be appreciated .. altogether a great stay.

Lyn is an AMAZING host! This is my 2nd stay with her and it was just as perfect as the last time! Super clean space, all the amenities worked, very clear communication! Would absolutely recommend Lyn & her space to all!! 🫶🏾

Great value stay for having dogs. We stayed a couple of days which is fine if you don't have to cook. Shawn was very proactive about fixing a brief power outage that was the utility company's fault.

The place was very close to down town, the community was nice and people were friendly. I would stay again!

Nice private location. The unit has everything you need. Nice kitchen living room combo. The loft is fine but for those who have limited mobility it would not be appropriate. The bath has a beautiful spa tub for those who love a deep luxurious bubble bath.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Hieu, was great to communicate, and respectful.. The place was very well kept. I liked the book collection. Especially enjoyed reading the book on immune. The coffee selection was very good, and felt home. The bed's were very comfortable. We will come and stay if we have to next time :-)

Robert and Jen were amazing! Great communication made my friend and I feel very comfortable and at home in the space while we were there. It is about a 10-minute drive to downtown, but there is still stuff to do around the place since you're right next to the UT Austin campus. We had a great stay at Flor's place. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Flor was very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The place was spotless! Looks like we were the first to ever use it — clean, funcional, well decorated and with a perfect view. We were there to join the SXSW and the distance was just perfect. Besides it, the Windham people were just the nicest, always helpful. Derry, who was at the front desk when we checked-out, was so careful and friendly that made us want to come back next year. Thank you Brad & Sara! We felt like part of the family 🩷

This place has one of the best views in Austin. Location is amazing, building amenities are top notch. Front desk check in is quick and easy. Best spot in Austin. The pictures are of the exact unit, not a bait and switch “example unit” like a lot of the DT Austin airbnbs.

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

Listing was exactly as described. The hosts were great communicators and the location was only a few minutes from all our destinations.

I travel a lot. I’m bot being over the top when I say this listing is within the top 10% of my stays on the app. My only “complaint” is the front door keypad was a bit annoying- that has 0 to do with the host, just my own inability to touch the #s properly. Beds were super comfortable!

It was perfect for what we needed and close to our family. The proximity to the grocery store was great!

Great place to stay. Loved the hot tub and pool. Wonderful spa tubs in the 2 bathrooms. Clean and good size rooms. Would stay there again.
