My only complaint which is very minor would be the floors were a bit dirty, perhaps from sand or salt when we arrived. The only other thing would be that the heat was a little finicky and the thermostats were a bit confusing. It was either too hot or too cold. But overall the place was amazing and we all enjoyed our stay!! Thank you very much!!

Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

We had such a wonderful time . Both of our kids came with our 4 grandchildren, my Mom, sister and sister-in-law. The twelve of us had plenty of room to gather and to get the serenity we needed from time to time. The ocean is so soothing. We caught the most beautiful sunset ever over the marsh. Some of the locals told me it was the best they've ever seen in 30 years ! I'll be back! Thanks Chris. Ps. The pack-n-play was great too. 😆 🤣

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

Our group of 5 adults were so pleased we chose to stay at Jason’s house in Old Orchard Beach. We first looked at places in Portland, but Jason’s spacious house offered a quieter setting, with parking and more amenities, at a better price. Comfortable beds, immaculate throughout. Very thoughtfully appointed, with nightstands on both sides of the beds, and superior blackout blinds in the bedrooms. And we ended up spending less time in Old Port, because we enjoyed exploring the towns south of Portland: Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Biddeford, and we found good restaurants (including Holy Donuts!) nearby. We had no issues: we contacted Jason to confirmed our arrival/departure and he responded within minutes. We highly recommend!

Paula’s was the perfect spot for a weekend trip with a group of friends for my birthday! It had plenty of sleeping spots for us and was very comfortable, and we really loved the hot tub. They were such responsive and communicative hosts as well, and offered us a flexible late check-out. Thank you!

Très bel appartement où nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos jeunes adultes. Nous avons adoré l’endroit. Stationnements faciles et inclus , à quelques minutes de marche de la plage. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

This place is absolutely amazing. Right on the beach, facing the water, with amazing ocean views from almost every spot in the house. The open concept kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for family time. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The master suite is a dream - wake up to the waves, soak in the large jet tub, enjoy a large walk-in closet. Quality linens and towels throughout. Well stocked kitchen. The bar and pool table area provided fun entertainment. This was a wonderful getaway in luxury. The elevator was not working while we were there, but was due to be repaired within the week. The host communicated throughout the stay, offering local recommendations and checking in to be sure everything was ok with our stay. Would be a perfect place for a family event as well. Highly recommend!
