Great little place, very well equipped and very clean. Can’t wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We've stayed at a few air B&Bs, and these were very well-equipped, clean, and comfortable beds, The stairs are very steep, but there are safety gates you can pull across for dogs/children to prevent them from accessing the stairs, which is unobtrusive but very effective. The location was a great, short walk to the beach, pubs, restaurants, shops and takeaways, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely large family home. Great cook’s kitchen with large selection of implements. I particularly appreciated the downstairs shower with a shower chair for my use. We were 8 people and 3 generations, the kids enjoyed the large DVD selection, others were entertained by the table in the conservatory for doing jigsaw puzzles. All enjoyed getting together around the large table in the kitchen for family meals. Lots of historic places to visit close by as well as the seashore despite the winter weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property which is much bigger than expected. Inside the property was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. Lovely big garden which the dog loved. Tommy & Naomi even contacted us in the morning so let us know we could check in whenever rather than 4pm. You must visit the Gunton Arms which was incredible. We would definitely stay again.

We booked a short break at Hunny Hideaway for my daughter’s birthday. Loads of space for 5 adults and our 2 teenagers. The property was spotless and even better than described. Location is quiet and peaceful while being a short walk into all that Hunstanton has to offer. The kitchen is really well provisioned and had everything we could have needed. The welcome box was generous and well thought out to help us with our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous communication from start to finish and an excellent recommendation for a family Sunday lunch. On arrival we were welcomed by the most amazing Carrot cake baked for my Fathers birthday, it tasted as good as it looked. The house was beautifully appointed and toasty warm throughout, a lovely property in a very convenient location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much for your hospitality it was first class, appreciated by the 9 year old, right through to the 77 year old and all of us inbetween!

we had a great stay while working in the area, everything we needed was in the house, very clean throughout, we will definitely use again when dates become available, the only small and it's very small we had to clean cups and glasses to use them, and also the washing mashing had a very bad smell

Lovely place in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the seafront and the high street, all with the added benefit of a parking space. Place is bigger than it looks from the photos. Very nice and clean. A great place to stay.

This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

The place was very clean, homely and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful location, with 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute into the local town or the park. Perfect set up / layout for a 1 year old and a dog. Laura was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. Thank you!

Lovely flat with a very homely feel. Perfect base for a long weekend exploring the North Norfolk coast. Ver accessible for my husband, who cannot walk far.

We loved this apartment, it was clean and tidy and a great space for our 4 night stay. Great value for money and fantastic to explore Norfolk and Norwich. There is a Chinese take away and also a pizza takeaway near by and the pub just around the corner did fantastic food for a good price. Also the railway cafe was a nice place to have breakfast and the cakes looked good too. The apartment was very cute. a few reviews had mentioned it being a bit chilly but there were extra heaters and didn't take long to warm up at all. We were a little worried there was no picture of the bathroom but it had a really good size shower in the ensuite bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing - right next to the sea. The apartment was huge, spotless and very child friendly. Things like the built in toddler toilet seat, toys, books etc, made such a difference and our stay so much easier. Bianca is lovely and was very helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and even stayed for 2 nights longer than planned! Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

So happy to have spotted this lovely flat in Sheringham. It's so bright, airy and spacious with everything you could need. Close to shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants and the sea too. Parking was relatively easy to find in nearby streets. There are benches outside the adjacent church where we sat in the sunshine for a while and watched the world go by. Paul gave lots of information about the flat as soon as we booked it so I felt confident all would be good and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks Paul.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Another lovely stay at the property. Well located with parking space available. Clean, modern finish and well equipped. Fresh linen and towels provided, plus cleaning products and mini toiletries. There was also tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and condiments available. We would recommend a stay and return again in the future. Many thanks.

We love this apartment for it's proximity to everything, whether it's sea, cliff walks, cafes and restaurants and shops. The dual aspect light, and sea views are fantastic. There are also great views over the town. Sheringham really has everything and the apartment is a very comfortable space to enjoy it.

We really enjoyed our stay in David & Fran's beautiful apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and the living area is fabulously comfy after a day exploring the local area. We appreciated the location - both for its quiet seclusion and its proximity to town, sea and lovely walks. David and Fran were responsive throughout and let us check in early which we really appreciated. My only regret is that our stay wasn't longer!

easy to find thanks to instructions, lovely and cosy, very comfortable bed, clean and well furnished. all amenities listed were present and welcome gift pack a very thoughtful and made us feel more at home. close enough to town to not need the car yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. great place and hope to be staying again in the future

Emma is the perfect host. She went beyond what is expected, many extras to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A very well equipped apartment, warm and beautifully curated. Everything appeared new and well thought out. Massive plus to have a comfortable bed with beautiful linen. A bonus to be able to take our dog with us for super walks on the beach which is literally across the road. We will certainly stay again Thank you Emma

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.
