Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa lodge - it was such a peaceful and private setting with the garden being perfectly suited for our dog and the beach a stones throw away. Tim was incredibly helpful at check in and provided us with an extensive list of things to do in the local area - a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend a visit. Thanks Tim!

We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

We had a lovely long weekend at Valley view! Great accommodation, very peaceful and private. The hot tub was a real bonus and we took advantage of the garden and outside spaces as we were blessed with the weather! Lovely part of Devon and plenty of attractions within a short driving distance! Highly recommend and would definitely return!

If you like quiet & rural this place is for you. Beautiful surroundings, quiet single track location, the site is well maintained & laid out with activities onsite. Laundry room is a bonus if your a family. Dogs felt right at home with the surroundings too. Would love to visit again.

Amazing as usual. Absolutely spotless as always. Peaceful and calming the views are just delightful and so calming. Lovely on site maintenance/cleaning people don’t interrupt your stay or privacy. Lovely people and really helpful if needed. Cleanest place we have ever stayed it’s immaculate throughout. So cosy. Lovely hot tub on the balcony listening/ watching all the wildlife it’s beautiful. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to book again. Great value too. Shops nearby restaurants pubs petrol stations ect. Just awesome:)

Amazing getaway - you wouldn't know there are other people staying nearby as it is so quiet. Peaceful, relaxing and a great place to use as a base to explore Dartmoor and Hay Tor. Me and the dog loved it!

This was our third time at Hare’s Lodge. It was peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views. Clean and comfortable as always. Our dogs love running around in the orchard. All in all a very happy family time away. We will be returning soon.

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

We have stayed here a few times before and will be back next year. From the moment we arrive the whole family just relaxes, the peace and tranquility and wonderful warm welcome we receive , makes this place all the more special. Beautiful walks and the local towns and villages are great to visit. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home and location.😁

Lovely location on the side of Tregonhawke Cliff. Perfect for a windswept New Year’s stay. We took a long coastal walk to Cawsand where we had a lovely meal and then a short walk back. The house was warm and very clean and everything in the kitchen was a good spec and all working well. WiFi working fine too. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay and in local distance of great places to visit, eat and travel around. Jane was really helpful in providing recommendations and her instructions on how to arrive, get onsite etc were accurate and timely. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Had a lovely few days getaway. Shepherds hut was cozy with a lovely little patio. The bed was really comfortable and the accommodation had everything as described in the listing. David & Jan were great hosts. Responded to all messages and queries really quickly. Flexible and relaxed check in and out. Nice friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will be stopping again in the future.

So many places we’ve stayed at have a few main selling points, but you leave with a list of “wouldn’t it be nice ifs”. Not here. Every last part of our stay has been perfect, and we’re already planning our next visit. We’ve been lucky with gorgeous weather in March but even if it had been raining I think we’d have loved every minute exploring the beautiful gardens and woods surrounding the lodge. It’s like having your own private forest! Make sure you set aside time just to enjoy the lodge and surroundings. Jamie and Philip are the loveliest and most welcoming hosts, and we had a warm welcome showing us around the lodge. The lodge itself is cosy, appointed to a fantastic standard, and gave us absolutely everything we wanted from our stay. From the log fire to the comfy bed, we could have happily stayed for a month. The highlight though is definitely the incredible surroundings. If you want peace and serenity this is the place for you.

Great little place in a quiet street in Teignmouth. Great to have a parking space right outside. Only a 15 min walk to the town centre but there’s a Tesco local store about 2 mins from this accommodation. Host was very responsive and supportive.

Wow. Everything about this place is unique and stunning. The setting which is really unique, gives views of the beach and sea that rival any, anywhere...the accommodation is a real experience on every level, from the setting, the actual buildings themselves and how it all works which are brilliant, the complete eco system for off grid living, which is all very clever and superbly executed, down to the microscopic attention to detail the hosts provide......Red dry robes (the best you can buy), binoculars (for extending the already stunning views, Yeti thermal mugs, Soho House bedding, great coffee (ground and whole beans and both French press and grinder and espresso, crocs (his and hers) for the veranda....everything the very best and the list continues as you discover more at every glance. literally a faultless experience. Simply amazing on every level.

Lodge was stunning, very clean and spacious. Great location. Would 100% recommend.
