What an absolute find! Jane is an amazing host who goes the extra mile with details & treats. The lodge is homely, spotless, peaceful & well equipped. Well located. And the views are STUNNING! Highlight, watching the birds on the bird feeders. Main advice - wake up & watch the sunrise!! The area has so much to do. We wish we had stopped longer. 2 nights were not enough.

Had a lovely stay at Julie and Steve’s place, the caravan was clean, cosy well equipped and perfectly situated within the campsite. The swimming pool onsite was lovely and warm and at the time we went not too busy. The area and the scenery is lovely with plenty of local walks but also close enough to Manchester and Blackpool to add variety.

Would highly recommend, perfect for a family weekend away. The hot tub was a great bonus and the games room was a massive hit with the children. The cottage was nice and warm on arrival, it was clean and the beds were super comfy. Bedding was good quality too!! Tifferny was lovely, very informative and quick at responding. The location was nice, quiet little village, had lunch at the Hesketh Arms which was delicious and had a nice walk around the park.

A home from home with the luxury of a hot tub! The older 5 loved the pool table and table tennis. Hot tub was on 40 ready for us, ph was a little off but it didn't bother our 3 girls! One of the babies loved running the full length of the house. We did have to move the coffee table as it was a bit of a hazard for him but easily moved back again as it had wheels. Towels were lovely and fluffy, Lisa arranged for a high chair and travel cot which helped massively and allowed us an earlier check in too. For 2 nights for us all it was a little on the expensive side but we'd definitely consider coming back again! Thank you Lisa and team ☺️💜

Great stay in Southport for half term. Fantastic house in a good location, easy to walk to town and the beach. The kids loved the hot tub and games room, load of space in the garden to play too. Loved the area and would stay again.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful cottage. Peaceful and relaxing time in the countryside. Amazing view of sunrise and we were well looked after. Thank you!

A lovely home to stay in surrounded by beautiful surroundings! Luan was a great host being extremely helpful with suggestions for places to go before our stay and was helpful during our stay with queries! Would definitely recommend

Beautiful place. Stayed with my son for his birthday. Stunning inside with under floor heating which was lovely. Every thing you'd need. Fire out side with the views was a lovely touch especially if you get up for sunrise it's a beautiful view! Would be excellent to go with a partner for a romantic night. Would say more cleaning products to be supplied as there was no sponges for myself to wash up and no sweeping brush or hoover but I did ask for a sweeping brush as my child broke a glass and host responded and provided kindly and promptly. Would also maybe advise plastic glasses. Also some beautiful walks and friendly pubs close by. Would recommend! 🙂x

Jennifer was an excellent host from the moment we made the booking. She was very quick to respond to all the messages and very accommodating to requests. Was easy and friendly to communicate with. The house was above expectations and the whole family loved the stay. Especially the kids. Very homely, clean and spacious. The rooms were great sizes. Even though we were 14 in our group we managed to work with the 3 bathrooms. With separate rooms to eat drink sleep and play. A stone away from the beach. Also Not far from the main attractions. Checkin was super easy and house was immaculate on arrival. The rainy days didn’t put a damper on any part of our stay. Choice to go out or stay in was great. Will happily rebook.
