The owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We were celebrating a birthday and she had birthday decorations and treats all over the house. We will definitely stay there again

One of the best stays I’ve had. Description says she shares the home so she may be there at times. Had I not known that I wouldn’t have known she was there as there is a separate space she stays in. Just a beautiful home great value. Thank you again.

Appreciate Rebecca’s willingness to accommodate our checkin time and request to be left completely alone. Booking a shared space is usually a no-go for us, but in this case, Rebecca ensured we’d have complete privacy, and we didn’t regret it! Snacks on the table at checkin and a well-stocked kitchen and home were so inviting and appreciated—TY for a great stay, Rebecca!

The place was the coolest house I have ever been too. So many cool features to explore. The host was also incredibly helpful and friendly with everything.

House was perfect for four adults, but it is set up to sleep 8 adults. Three bedrooms on main level each with king size bed. Another bedroom with king size bed and bathroom in basement. House was clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. Jake was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again. Great location in Breese. Close to KC Hall and American Legion Hall. You could walk to both. Also could walk to Wallys for the best burgers.

The house is very clean and spacious, which we appreciated for having 3 of us staying, and a few local family members over for a visit. It was great having the lower level for the little ones, and the kitchen with the island bar plus dining table made preparing and serving food very user friendly. We also appreciated the 3 bathrooms and garage. Most of all we appreciated the prompt and friendly responses to our questions. The location was excellent for proximity to our dad in a nearby hospital, and other siblings living locally. We all enjoyed the daily deer visits, too!

Place was just as described and very large and clean. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The hosts were also very communicative and quickly addressed the minor issues that did come up.

Had an absolute wonderful stay at Nancy's. The home is a cozy little spot right in the heart of The Hill. Short, enjoyable walks to many neighborhood locations and it is located on a very peaceful, quiet street. There was ample parking right in front of the home. I would recommend this location if you not only want to visit this historic neighborhood, but want to be within short distance of other St. Louis attractions. The host was helpful, attentive, and you can certainly see they take pride in keeping such a lovely home. I hope to return again soon!

The house was comfortable and in a very quiet area. There was a fully equipped Kitchen. Restaurants and shops were in walking distance. We enjoyed the record player in the dining room. Beds were comfortable.

I loved the place I stayed 4 nights it was nice & clean and smelled good and nice neighbors . Felt exactly like home definitely would book again 💕 Me and my Babyfather and daughter enjoyed the stay !

Can't say enough! Absolutely lovely home. Spacious and just beautifully decorated. Amenities were FANTASTIC- we really appreciated the ease of having all you could need. Excellent location, close to shopping and great restaurants. Host was quick respond and very helpful. I would most definitely rent this property again!

The listing is accurate and my expectations were met. The fridge water stopped working on the second day, but the host was very communicative and offered to have a maintenance person stop by, but we chose to decline (and they also dropped off some bottled waters which was unnecessary, but very nice). The location is very convenient to all of the places we needed to go. You can walk to Forest Park (fyi busy road with sidewalks), but it’s also a very quick drive!

Exceptional restoration with comfortable furnishings with almost you need to entertain guests. Great friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend 6 out of 5 stars. 😊

will definitely stay again

What a treat to be able to stay in such a beautifully restored historical home! Everything was as described. It was a perfect stay. Soulard is an eye-catching neighborhood; we were enthralled! We enjoyed walking two blocks to the Farmer’s Market. Our favorite part about the house was all of the cozy spots to read (or in my granddaughter’s case, play on her devices) and the well-stocked coffee lounges. I would love to come back when we could have more time to enjoy the courtyard and to visit more local establishments. Thank you, Katie!

I had a great experience staying here, I would most definitely come back in the near future whenever I visit STL again. I would 100% recommend this place.

Erik was easy to work with and very attentive when needed. House was cute and well equipt. We are very familiar with the neighborhood , So everything was fine for us. We will definately be renting with Erik again. Beds were very comfortable. Espresso machine was a fun bonus. We had a wonderful stay. Pat & Patty Izzo Lansing, MI
