We throughly enjoyed 5 nights at Hilton Homestead over New Year’s. Such a peaceful spot and the renovated home is just beautiful - the perfect mix of old and new. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, watching the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets and many home cooked meals. The surrounding towns are also quaint and very enjoyable to mosey around. Watching and listening to the cows being moved early on the first morning was a treat! Thank you Megan and John for the lovely stay. A perfect country getaway 💚

Good location and felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful place. Very clean and organised. The welcome pack was a surprise when we arrived. Very thoughtful of the host. Beds are extremely comfortable, and I loved how the 2 pillows on my bed were different (1 soft and fluffy, the other full and firm). Everything we needed and more. Thank you to a great host.

We had a fantastic stay at Sue's place! Sue, the host, was incredibly friendly and maintained proactive communication throughout our visit, offering great recommendations. Traveling with a little one, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Sue had prepared some toys in advance, placing them in an easily accessible area. The little one absolutely loved it! Breakfast was ready with plenty of options, so we didn't have to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the house. The dogs greeted us with a warm welcome and added to the charm of the stay, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Cathy was a superb host, from end to end. Very communicative and flexible. She deftly accommodated a late change in my plans wherein I was not able to attend along with my parents as planned. They were superbly cared for and frankly gobsmacked by Cathy’s outstanding hospitality. We come to Orange annually to visit a dear friend and her family, and Cathy’s home is a standout property for prospective guests (especially with dogs). We’ll be back (hopefully with myself in attendance) next year!

We LOVED this house! It was all recently refurbished and so, so beautiful! The kitchen was very modern and easy to use with lots of cooking equipment, beautiful dishes and glasses, and a great gas stove and oven. The lounge room was gorgeous, with an extra air conditioner (in addition to ducted air conditioning throughout the rest of the house). There was an additional sitting room adjacent to the the kitchen, with an extra TV, which was handy for our daughters. The master bedroom, where my husband and I stayed, was absolutely beautifully appointed and had an ensuite bathroom next door. The bed was extremely comfortable. My daughters loved having a bedroom each, and these other bedrooms also were very stylish. It was such a delight to stay in this beautifully decorated and modern house.

Stayed for Bathurst Weekend The house is not the Ritz Carlton and nor did we expect it to be. Well appointed for a V8 stay with a mate or 3. Walking distance to Bathurst’s best restaurants (700-1100m) to walk off the drinks at dinner lol. You could walk to the track if you’re up for it (approx 2.5-3k) but would suggest for most would be a short car ride . Overall, very happy but just know that you’re not going to a 5 star hotel and you’ll be happy. Bedding is comfy too. Great communication

perfect for anywhere in Orange. Relaxed, quiet and exactly what I expected. Andrew was great to deal with and even if we didn't eat it the bacon and eggs in the fridge was certainly a nice touch thank you.

Just had the most peaceful and cozy stay at the Little Hartley Hideout! Nestled on a beautiful farm behind Mount York, this place is a true gem for anyone looking to escape and unwind. The surroundings are stunning, with the valley offering plenty of scenic points and lookouts nearby to explore. The hideout itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were absolutely lovely and so welcoming, even providing us with a delightful continental breakfast. They're definitely super hosts! We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I had such lovely stay at Marjory's place last night. I was up in Rydal for a wedding and being able to come back to such a beautiful, clean and oh so cozy bed and breakfast was ideal. I had the best night's sleep and shortly after waking I headed into the brekkie room for a bite to eat. I am gluten free and Marjory made sure there was plenty for me to eat which I very much appreciated! Marjory takes such great care of the property and was an excellent host. I so enjoyed our chats over breakfast and would be very happy to stay again. Thank you, Marjory!

I had come to Bathurst to do some house hunting and Leonie's place was the perfect spot to unwind and get some much-needed peace and quiet after a busy day. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was no noise to be heard. I will most definitely stay there again, if I can get a booking, as it seems to be very popular with lots of people. It doesn’t get any better than this! Immaculate home, delightful hosts, gorgeous sunsets and views of rolling hills. The hosts (Jill and Phil) could not have been more helpful. They were always available but not intrusive. We will definitely be going back.
