The backyard oasis was paradise and we loved our stay here. Walkable to all of the best restaurants in the West End and hosts are extremely responsive if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Pristine 0104 can't be beat on the island of Roatan. Beautiful private pool, steps to the beach. A short walk to Las Verandas and Prospera. Jimmie, from Roatan Life, checked us in effortlessly and he was very helpful.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Noel, the host, goes out of his way to ensure that our stay is pleasant! We highly recommend this listing! Next time we are at Roatán, this is the first listing I’m going to look for!

Wonderful stay in Sandy Bay! This place is perfect if you are looking for a place away from the bustle of West End with easy access to incredible snorkeling. The home itself is exactly as described; cute and cozy. Some noise from the road and the local roosters but nothing unexpected. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The month we stayed there was incredible. Conrad arranged pickup at the airport for us, a grocery run, and off to the place. Dwayne the property manager met us immediately to let us in, showed us around, and answered any questions. The beautiful glass doors that faced the ocean welcomed a wonderful day each morning. Sitting on the private upper deck enjoying coffee was a great way to start the day! Planning out our day, enjoying the sunshine, watching the birds, looking out at the ocean, seeing the dive boats and snorkeling tours spread across the way made it easy to get distracted (in a good way). A short walk to the main road to catch a taxi was easy. The “central” location made it easy to see many things, walk to a small grocery store, and get in plenty of beach walks. The water toys that were available made for some great memories. Paddling to Anthony’s to see the dolphins was a blast! The place had everything a person needs. Sit & relax ?

Beautiful beach front little home. Close to a lot of great restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean and spacious. Can sleep up to 8 people. Host is amazing, responds very quickly and is very caring about your enjoyment. Highly highly recommend!

The place was in a very relaxed spot, nice beach and dock in the back yard. Bathrooms and air conditioning in every room. Honestly booking this place is worth it just to get Vanessa as a contact while you are staying in Roatan. She helped me and my group so much, to finding basic needs around the area, helping us book activities to do and setting up day passes for Mayan Princess Resort. She truly helped make our stay a fun and pleasant one. My only nit pit was the television was super slow when using the different streaming apps when we were winding down at the end of the night but other than that great place to stay at when you are in Roatan. Also when we stayed there was friendly cat on the premise that hung out with us on the beach and back porch. Definitely would reconsider booking again when coming back in the future.

My family of 5 felt right at home, quiet, beautiful surroundings and clean home w/ everything you may need to cook meals at home , having 5 gallons bottle of drinking water was a plus, you definitely need a car to move around because the home is far from West End beaches but for us it was perfect because we just wanted to chill and use the resort amenities, the food at Verandas restaurant was delicious too. We definitely would want to come back.

This is a great place to stay. The big beautiful house , very nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for cooking , big dining tables (indoor and outdoor) , convenient kitchen island, big outdoor grill . Rooms with baths nice and clean. Tropical garden with fruits ans flowers, beautiful swimming pool,sun-loungers,hammock. Outdoor area was nicely landscaped and daily maintained. The Watchmen or better to say security guard watch the property from the dusk till the dawn. The host was very nice and helpful if you need any help or something special ( like our friends wanted to have ceramic instead of Teflon coated pan – they got it a brand new instantly !) There is a special bonus for Ham Radio enthusiast – The fully equipped Ham Radio shack of HQ9X.Two Icom radios with two Alpha 99 amplifiers ,rotary tribander beam 10m-15m-20m and Verticals for 40m, 80m and 160m provides endless pileups 24/7.

We loved it here! It was absolutely beautiful and so serene. Our toddler LOVED the pool and thought the dome was so cool. It was the perfect ending to our trip. The property had had an incident the night before and they were very transparent and offered us to cancel for free - which we declined and we are so happy we did!! My only suggestion would be to net the tree cutouts on the deck as they’re a bit dangerous for kids, but this would never stop us from staying here again with our toddler.!

We absolutely loved this place and will 100% stay again when we return to Roatán. The home was exactly as described, perfectly stocked, and the property manager was always responsive and helpful the couple times we needed something. We loved the resort area, pool, and amenities - it was great to be able to walk to everything in town. Great deal for a great place. My only wish list items would be to put solid blinds on the door to the 2nd bedroom, and blinds on the 3rd window in the bedroom, but neither are things that would make us think twice about staying again! 10/10.

Renee and her team were great to deal with, and go above and beyond to meet any needs we had. The villa is exactly as advertised, clean, modern, private, close to beach and great restaurants. We wanted for nothing, and enjoyed our month in the Villa. We will be back, we love Roatan and the villa.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen is well supplied, including a good outdoor grill, which gave us lots of room to cook together. We enjoyed the pool as it book ended our days out at the beach. We enjoy a good walk which is needed to get to the beach. And going through kimpton hotel shortens the walk and gets you to the beach spot that leads you to great snorkelling. we also enjoyed drinks and snacks at the hotel’s restaurant sea cat while aT the beach. We gathered together in the large living room and the beautiful deck while also enjoying the privacy of our own bedrooms. Thanks for a great vacation

Joseph’s place was more spacious than expected and was clean. The biggest drawback is the kitchen is not at all furnished for a longer stay where you are cooking. We had to request some basics, which were provided but then I realized other basics were missing (a pot) and offered to purchase to be reimbursed. That was week 1 of 5 and at the last hour, I was offered Lempiras as a reimbursement. Lempiras cannot be used outside of the country so we told David, the co-host, to keep the money. Not a big deal as the owner did not request the $20 for electricity at the end of the stay so it even out … It’s a casual 7 minute walk to the main drag - that with stopping to let cars pass or observe a local cat, dog or chicken. So many fabulous restaurants to choose from and you can walk to Half Moon Bay. David the co- host responds quickly. I would consider staying here again if they outfitted the kitchen better. Our friends up the road had an incredibly well stocked kitchen.

Very clean place with great A/C . Perfect location walking disrance to everything. Would definitely return!

I and my family spend two weeks. We have two children and a baby. So the property is good, but if you looking to stay on Roatan in this property you have to consider to take a rent a car. The beach is so so, better is to go to West Bay beach. Also on the beach, there are sands flee, so repellent is mandatory. Chris who is maintaining the property is a very kind person, helpful and this is a big advantage. Internet most of the time is working but many times also interrupted. Everything depend of the weather- we have very good and warm weather so vacation was good.

Very good place to stay in West End. Highly recommend this place. I would pick it one more time.

We had a overall great stay at Deb’s place. We are on maternity leave with our new baby and wanted to take our kids somewhere fun while having a break from work. Our 4 year old loved the pool And the beach that was right there. Burlee the property manager was always attentive to our needs and even met us at the airport and helped show us around. The property itself is a little bit dated, and there were just minor things that needed fixing while we were there. Also The road getting there can be pretty rough. I would recommend getting a car with some clearance on it to be able to get in and out. Overall though we loved and enjoyed our time and Deb’s place. I think it was a great fit for our family adventure and I would recommend it to other families.
