This apartment is always a joy to stay in. Its location is perfect, with the beach just steps away, and good shopping just up the road at Henley square. Raheel and Maria's place was just beautiful! The location was perfect - the building's door open out to a beautiful lake with lots of outdoor space and playgrounds. It's also right beside a cafe which is such a bonus! Raheel was very responsive and really helpful during the stay. It's well connected by public transport and cabs to the city don't cost much either. The house has all basic amenities and is well maintained. This is perfect for a family to stay in.

Lovely apartment right on the Esplanade. Loved the balcony, facilities and easy access to beach etc. Apartment very clean, everything you needed, good kitchen facilities and great spot for a beach holiday. Beds comfy. Aircon throughout for hot days & nights. Tracy was easy to deal with and provided lots of info for stay. The secure carpark is tight to negotiate, but this is just the layout of the apartment complex. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Missing the wines/coffee on the balcony.......

Perfect peaceful apartment for our 5 week stay. Big sunny comfortable balcony for outdoor living. Excellent base, walking distance to Pt Adelaide, Semaphore beach and shops and easy train ride into the city from Ethelton station 3 minutes away. Great river walks too, we saw dolphins most mornings. Very clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Sarah was a great host, warm and quick to respond, checked in with us often. We highly recommend.

Immaculate first floor unit was extremely clean and recently renovated with soft furnishings and quality and luxury fittings. Smeg kitchen appliances were handy. Bosch multi oven was well utilized. Comfortable Bedroom with crisp bed linen which had a large modern tv as well as the lounge area. The purified water direct from the tap was a winner and a very rare find in any rental accomodation. Bifold balcony doors can be opened for lovely beach views or left closed for the great working Airconditioning. Many many USB and USC power points. Nothing has been left out in this renovation. It is a wonderful comfortable place to chill when not home.

Our stay was intended as part holiday and part exploring the surrounding location as a place to live on a permanent basis. The location was excellent near to all the amenities we are seeking and close to the beach. The property had all we required and great coffee! Would highly recommend this accommodation and the host (Queenly) was always responsive.

A beautiful apartment right across the road from the beach. It was light and airy with electric blinds and all the required amenities. The private driveway was convenient and it was nice to sit out in the backyard. It was also a pleasure to watch the sunset from the front balcony. Charlton was a helpful host and I would recommend this apartment to others.

The house was perfect for our family, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The extra living space was a bonus. Couldn’t fault the location with the beach literally across the road. We hope to come back soon!

From our first enquiries with Karl to arrival and checking out, everything was seamless. From the moment we stepped into the charming beachside house we were transported to a world of pure relaxation. The airy interior was impeccably decorated and well appointed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight, however was undoubtedly the first floor veranda overlooking the stunning coastline where we could sit , sip a cocktail and watch the stunning sunset. And the attention to detail was evident throughout, from the spacious lounge with TV and board games to the spa bath, ideal for relaxing. The location was simply idyllic, the sandy dunes gave way to a flat calm beach, perfect for walking or children to play. The nearby cafes and restaurants offered a delightful selection of local cuisine, and the vibrant atmosphere around the marina added to the charm. Karl was incredibly welcoming and we’re lucky to have had a glimpse of his pure slice of beachfront luxury! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property offers a beautiful view and is equipped of handy cooking appliances you could need, making it perfect for a family stay. Lucy even left out some treats and a fridge with extras, which was a nice touch! The central yet more quiet location in comparison to say Glenelg - was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance—Grange Jetty, cafes, pub, and a bakery were all close by and essentially at your door step. Henley Beach was just a leisurely 30-minute walk away, which we loved. The house has a garage that fits a small car, however there’s ample of parking out front - if you time it outside of peak hours. Overall, it was a wonderful, convenient, and peaceful spot to base ourselves to explore what Adelaide has to offer. We really enjoyed having a quiet dinner or lunch on the patio over looking the water or relaxing on the Egg Chair having a wine or coffee. Highly recommend and just the break we needed!Thank you Lucy!

The house suited our needs for 3 adult children with partners and a toddler. The upstairs is spacious and rooms downstairs were suitable too. Room 3 downstairs has a double bed bunk as per description. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and we could do what we needed to. The lovely large cheese board was put to great use. Walking distance to the beach. Moana Beach that has plenty of parking and allows cars on the beach is close by too. Although the road runs in front of the house the traffic was not an issue. Watched some beautiful sunsets from the patio.

A beautiful apartment in an incredible location right on the Beach. Views to die for overlooking the sand and amazing sunsets. Michelle was a great host and gave us everything we could possibly need in this location. From a very well stocked kitchen, accommodating lounge, to a comfortable bed. A fabulous location an easy 15 min walk to everything Glenelg had to offer. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and of course the most fabulous family friendly beach. Our whole Adelaide experience was made 100% better by staying here.

Great location, nice views of both ocean and Adelaide hills. Excellent cross breeze. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a stay. Parking was a snap and a great bonus being covered. Natalie is super friendly and very accommodating. Though we really did not need anything throughout our stay, she made sure to let us know she was there. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay of three days here. The place was exactly beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was also peaceful, and I saw the most beautiful sunset of this trip here. This is definitely the best sunset viewing point. Danielle was an excellent host, always responding very quickly whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable stay in the area.
