A great house for two families with kids! Very clean and spacious. The heated hot tub and pool was amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive. The drive to Siesta Key beach was short ever with traffic. We would definitely come back!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

the Guest House exceeded our expectations, it was like being at home. The grounds are amazing, right on the river with several areas to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We will stay there every time we visit the area.

Robert and Roberta were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a grill available which was great since we grill a lot. It was nice using the hot tub and we may have been the first ones using their pool this spring! Thanks for the stay. We had a great time!

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the hosts was seamless. The airbnb was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all necessities avaiable. We liked the neighborhood for walking our dog and found the neighborhood peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

This place felt like home as soon as we walked - except better because it was immaculately cleaned! The home was well stocked and comfortably appointed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return next time we visit Tampa!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here! The house was super clean and very well stocked. The pool was very clean and a quiet area back there to relax and enjoy. They had more than enough pool/beach towels and chairs. We loved the location and walkable to beach or a 5 minute drive! The owners are very thorough with directions and information and although we never needed anything, I know they would respond within minutes! Thank you for the warm, spring break at your place! We would definitely stay here again 😎

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

Stay was wonderful. house was perfect, hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. My family of 8 travels together so the two bathrooms was a little tight. Would have loved an extra bathroom or two for the price but the heated pool more than made up for it. The heated pool kept my grandson entertained and enthralled all week as did the toys made available to him. in addition, the childproof amenities were amazing and made the trip easy and relaxing. The house was perfect and just as described. Terrie and her husband were so helpful with me having a late arrival. Directions on what to do when leaving were very clear. Yard was great for being fenced in for my service dog and the area was perfect for walking. Grocery store very close as well as some specialty coffee shops. Lots of separate spaces to relax in which was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Monika’s villa. It was clean and spacious and close to anything you need or would like to do. I will definitely stay again hopefully soon!!

The place was nice. We would only suggest a little more comfortable seating in the living room and more light. It was really hard to see when the sun went down. The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Location quiet and peaceful. Check in very easy. Communication prompt and clear. Wonderful experience overall.

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.
