I used this accommodation for my tenants while I had the bathroom upgrades done. They were really impressed and had no complaints just compliments. Aimee gave clear instructions and guidelines as well as an early check in. Thank you Aimee.

Easy walk to pretty much everywhere. Everything was great, just wished I'd realised the washing machine couldn't be used if you'd booked less than 3nights. One of the reasons I booked but hadn't read the full T&C description of the stay. Would stay again, absolutely. Balcony was added bonus and it was really pretty quiet. Could sometimes hear the people in the room next door. Place is super secure as well.

We enjoyed staying here. It is so close to the city centre and all there is to offer. If you have a car you do need to look for a car park but if you don’t mind a walk it’s not really a problem.

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

The apartment is small, but clean and efficient and well supplied. Phillippa was responsive and helpful. It worked out to be a good place for us to explore Twizel and Aoraki hikes from.

A perfect little oasis with Hagley Park on your back doorstep. Has everything you need in the apartment & it’s central location means you are walking distance to everything the CBD has to offer. The only downside is I wished I had stayed longer!

Well the pictures instantly appealed- but it’s much larger in real life. The accessibility for me of being able to check in at 9pm was very helpful and as I had a lot of gear with me having the door at the front was very useful for loading and unloading. The details in the memrobilia were very interesting and yet a classic collection that was visually appealing A very classy apartment. Also much warmer and quieter that I had expected.

Great value. The shower and toilet area separated only by a curtain will be unsatisfactory for some but it was in the description so there were no surprises. Would book again.

Wonderful location and great layout, very clean and tidy. We loved our stay right in the middle of Christchurch.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay! The house was spotlessly clean, and the comfortable bed was a dream to sleep in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. What really made our stay special, though, was the attention to detail and the care that Carolyn had clearly put into making sure we had everything we needed to feel welcome and at home. Thank you for being a part of our wonderful experience in New Zealand! 🥰

Lisa was nice and communication was very efficient. Lisa's house is beautiful with very convenient location. The decorations are exactly as shown in Airbnb. The house come with a garage which could fit our rented Mitsubishi Outlander. Would recommend the Lisa's house to anyone coming to Christchurch.

This was our second stay with Ann-Marie and she was wonderful host. We look forward to booking it again in our next Christchurch stay.

We had a great 3 nights away from the centre of Queenstown, which was unbelievably crowded and chaotic, yet close enough to walk or catch an uber in for a night out. We based ourselves here for day trips to Arrowtown, Glenorchy and Wanaka. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable. Tracey was a great host, I would definitely recommend staying here

We've been there for one day, for a nice barbeque with friends and a hot-tub session. The apartment was really clean and we felt comfortable. Chris and Julie are friendly and courteous. We recommend this accommodation!

Great little studio unit that worked well for our week long snow holiday as a couple. Easy walking distance to great local restaurants and cafes. Responsive and helpful hosts. Everything was as described and we found the place to be plenty warm with good sunlight. Thank you for having us 😀

Wow!This place was spectacular, the views really were something special.Bernard provided some great helpful info about local eats and walks from the house.He was friendly and helpful.The walking options from the house were fab, we did a beautiful walk heading up into the hills from the house. The big bed was super comfy and the layout and space was perfect.We loved the hot tub and views.The bathroom was lovely and had everything you need.The dual wardrobe storage space was so comfy and spacious.We loved sitting by the window enjoying the view and we felt that we had privacy. This place has all the main things absolutely right.Some minor considerations would elevate this place to an extraordinary luxury option-for example updating all kitchen appliances,extra spa towels,setting up the windows seat with cushions, some basic instructions for TV options and some local recommendations and maps. Thanks Bernard,we have recommended your place and shared photos with our friends and family.

Place is on the small side but met all expectations and walkable to all Methven attractions!

Selwyn was great host and extremely responsive with all check in details.

We had a lovely few days in Lisa’s place. It had everything we needed including Netflix and laundry facilities. We instantly felt at home - the apartment is clean, cosy and thoughtfully furnished. We spent one evening in the hot tub after a tough walk to mueller hut which was very relaxing. Lisa was friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to messages.
