We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robyn’s place. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Robyn was helpful and the chocolate that was waiting for us was delicious!

This lovely cottage has incredible views of the ocean and beach below from its clifftop location. The cottage was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and a delicious continental breakfast was provided. We loved our stay here! Wendy was a delightful host who gave us great recommendations for local hikes.

Lovely place with everything we needed. Only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Enjoyed the afternoon sun in the seating area outside. Great having a separate bedroom. Had a meal & beer at the local pub - just a few minutes walk away.

Fantastic getaway from reality! Peaceful, isolated and serene. Beautiful location if you enjoy being tucked away in nature! Awesome experience!

Wow what an amazing stay we had! Firstly the place was clean, had a great view and all we needed. My daughter very much loved playing with the toys they had. Our farm tour was incredible , we absolutely loved it as did our toddler, Tony was great with her. Feeding the animals and learning all things farm and NZ agriculture. I would give it more stars if I could. Such beautiful memories were made that we will cherish forever.

Just as luxurious as the pictures hinted at - after arriving, we only regretted that we hadn't booked more nights. Perfect for winding down after touring the country for weeks in a camper.

Stunning! Five plus stars and highly recommend. Delightful accommodation and Geoff goes the extra mile as a host with luxurious linen and little extras. Went to sleep by starlight and woke to a beautiful sunrise. Stunning backdrops as well as ducks waddling by. Beautifully presented, private, peaceful and comfortable.

Although there is another (detached) house right next door, I never heard the guests staying there and the neighbourhood is super quiet. The studio is as described and kept clean. The linen was soft and the bed was super comfortable. The only things missing are a portable stove, some bowls and paper towels. There are some restaurants a 5 min drive away that are okay though.

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place far away, then this is the place to be. Great view, beautiful stars at night, comfy tiny house and the Heaphy Track is just 2 km away. I really liked the Te Whare O Kea. Wished I had a tiny house like this back home. Anna gives heaps of recommendations and I will definitely come back again. Can recommend it a 100%.

Surely one of the best bnb we had in years! The view is amazing, with cows and sheeps gathering in the pasture near the house. Matt and Adele made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend!

Enjoyed being in a tiny home right by the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay, close to town but out country enough that you didnt have all the noise's of the city. The cottage was really well designed and comfortable, needed to stay longer.... maybe next time.

Loved our 1 night stay here! It was a super comfortable and cute space for 2 to hang out and relax. The hot tub was already preheated and the bath robes were a nice touch. We picked up pizza for dinner (a 5min drive away) and brought it back to eat which was no stress at all and enjoyed the yoghurt and berries for brekky.

The stay was amazing - Graham and Vicki are so incredibly helpful and welcoming. Being able to switch off and just enjoy the area was perfect. We loved the hot tub and the bed is SO comfortable! All amenities are beautifully maintained and we appreciated the extra effort they went to! Thank you, Graham and Vicki! We will certainly be back!

The pictures of the listing do not do it justice! It was the perfect place to return to after hiking. The host helped us set up the wood fire for the hot tub and showed us all the little touches around the property. We bathed under a clear sky with a bright moon and many stars. The home was beautiful and full of indoor plants that are thriving. The outdoor patio was cute and cozy. They also baked us bread and it was delicious! Best way to describe how I feel about the Airbnb is that I could definitely live there!

Beautiful little abode that suits couples or small families like ours in the heart of Lake Tekapo. Everything we need is available inside and supermarkets and restaurants are easily accesible within 3-4mins of drive. Martina and John made sure to respond quickly too whenever we have queries. Would recommend this 100% to friends visitng Lake Tekapo.

In our three week trip across the South Island of NZ this property was an absolute stand out. The design is stunning, the instant feeling of warmth and comfort . As the Danish would say it has 'Hygge' a feeling of coziness and well being as soon as you enter the space. Impeccably furnished with unique touches we immediately felt at home in the space, connected with the natural world but with all the creature comforts. We were lucky enough to be staying during clear skies and to marvel at the incredible star filled skies and see milky way from your door step was one of the highlights of our trip. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced, this coupled with the silence and lack of light pollution meant I had one of the best night sleeps of my life! Bravo to Andrew in creating an incredible eco conscious property with a warm beating heart!

An amazing place to stay. Spacious for a couple, gorgeous bathroom, the heated floor tiles were nice and the bedroom lovely. I would happily stay again!

The Tower is an amazing place to stay if you want peace and quiet and to be surrounded by nature. There are plenty of walks and activities but equally the Tower is set up so you can just relax in the garden or on the balcony and listen to the ocean and wildlife. It’s one of the nicest places we’ve stayed on our travels and we honestly picked Okarito as it was near to Franz Josef and we wanted to avoid the tourist traps but I’m so glad we discovered the area as it’s beautiful and relaxing with so much to do, we’d return in a heartbeat. Richard and Edwina were great hosts and the place is cosy and comfortable with everything you could need. We particularly loved star gazing from the balcony and the super comfy bed and listening to the waves at night. It’s a very special place 😍
