We've stayed at this location on work trips before and will definitely stay here again. It is very comfortable with just what we needed and was in a great location for our work commute.

I had a very quiet cozy stay & place was very clean and it was cozy nice big yard for dogs. Very clean bathroom and kitchen. Nice helpful hosts! Would stay again nice lil home away from home

Stayed at Emilies place for one night with my friends and it was wonderful. The place is kept very clean and was more spacious than expected. There was 7 of us and it was comfortable stay. We brought an additional air mattress, and it fit fell in the place with no issues. Emilie was very responsive and accommodating. Best thing was definitely the air hockey table!!! Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Edmonton :)

Sylvia responded quickly to any questions. The home had everything needed and was spotless. She had a Christmas tree up for us, which definitely added to our time together.

Our stay was very comfortable, the place was easy to find and there was a convenience store right beside it, which was really nice. The yard was great for the dog and the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and had everything that we needed.

Great place to stay if needing to be near downtown. Kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and I've stayed here a few times. I heard a bit of noise from upstairs this morning likely due to it being a weekday, normally the weekend mornings are quiet. I wanted to share this in case future travellers have concerns about being in a basement apartment. It won't prevent me from booking again, the unit is roomy and very clean.

Place was very clean and location was perfect! Very easy to get in, amenities were great, and Sharon was a great host.

Fabulous stay. Great location for ease of getting around, food and neighbourhood feel. Beautiful views with a balcony to enjoy sunrise, sunset reflections and the moon over Edmonton. Comfortable, stylish furnishings with lots of thoughtful touches. Helpful host with fast response time. Thoroughly recommend!

Mohit and Reshu were such good hosts. Their house was well organised and cleaned. Lots of room for my little boys to play. We felt right at home. Mohit was very responsive to our messages and was so easy to talk to. Lovely place for families. I definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean, bead was very comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and an easy walk to shopping if needed . Great view! Would stay there again.

The most amazing spot we have stayed at so far. My boyfriend and I went up with our dog for 3 nights and it was the most relaxing stay. We had plenty of fresh cut wood for us ready to go and peanuts to feed the squirrels and bird feed for birds. It was so peaceful and quiet. Everything you need from a mini fridge, to cutlery and plates, water, propane bbq and hornet traps which were a lifesaver on those warm days.. we were lucky enough to get to try the propane heated outside shower which was amazing. Carmen was the best host ever, she made us feel right at home and was extremely helpful at all times , she even brought us fresh corn. She was always responsive and letting us know when people were coming in and they were driving by. She really is amazing. The place is the best to get away too, and right down the road from an amazing Italian spot! We recommend to anyone who wants a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery. We will definitely be back soon!! We travelled to Edmonton for a concert. Six of us stayed in the home and had lots of room. Check in was easy. Princy had great and proactive communication. There was an issue with the person that stayed before us, princy let us know immediately and offered a full refund. We decided to stay and Princy had the place ready and cleaned for us at our check in time. It was greatly appreciated and the communication was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend the home and would stay here again!

We had a great stay! It was perfect for what we needed. We appreciated so much how clean, organized, and well stocked it was. Plus, Damini and Connor were so kind to make sure we had a play pen available to us. Highly recommend their place!

We had an exellent stay. Very comfy house with everything you need in it. The description is accurate and the surroundings are peaceful.

Everything was provided, from cloths, towels, soap, toaster, coffee, sugar, plenty of sheets and blankets. Some of the finishes are a done poorly but everything functions just fine. The host communicated really well. I would stay here again! Thank you :)

We moved to Edmonton due to my spouse starting a PhD program at the University of Alberta, and we needed an Airbnb for a few days until we found a long-term rental. Choosing Marie’s place was an excellent decision! She is an amazing host—always responsive to messages and helpful in recommending interesting places nearby. If I ever need to rent an Airbnb in Edmonton again, it will definitely be Marie’s place. The home is exactly as described in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for walking and ideal for strolls with pets. Another great aspect is that Marie allows pets, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also have a cat, and he absolutely loved the place too! Thank you for everything, Marie!

great place to stay. clean, cozy, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. really enjoyed the personal touch of the treat basket and the phone Chargers. would recommend!
