We had a great stay and will definitely be back! John was quick to respond to all of my inquires (and concerns regarding some impending weather). The room had cold AC, a comfortable bed, and all the appliances necessary for cooking/storing food. I highly recommend finding the lady on the dock that sells homemade bread every day. Her coconut bread and banana bread were amazing! Also look for the lady who sells conch fritters and conch salad! The beessst I’ve ever had!! The tiki bar near the pool had amazing cracked conch and delicious cocktails!

Our 3rd year staying at this great place. We had to check in a day late due to Hurricane Milton and Gerard was very flexible and helpful. He also allowed us to make up the day we missed on the backside of our trip. Looking forward to our stay here next year!!!

This spot on Dundee Bay was absolutely perfect for a boat vacation. Quiet spot on the inlet, with water hookup to wash down the boat. The power to the dock is being fixed, but thankfully we didn’t need it. Easy ride out to open waters. The townhome is open and spacious with everything we needed. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and the pool was an excellent amenity to rinse off and hang out after a salty day. Roman was flexible and responsive when weather interrupted our trip home, and we were able to make accommodations easily to adapt to the weather situation for our trip home. Highly recommend this property! We cannot wait to come back.

Great place for family and friends

The property is beautiful, very calm and a true reflection of what West Grand Bahama has to offer. The floor plan is very spacious, with high ceilings and lots of natural lighting. The on site property manager is the SWEETEST ever and very communicative and helpful. 10/10!

5 star across the board. Great host who is actively responsive. Good internet, hot water. And A/C. Absolutely beautiful location. The dock is like new and has plenty of water, 10’. The housekeeper Eric was outstanding. Very helpful and resourceful. He always responded immediately to any questions regarding the property. Thanks again, looking forward to my next stay.

Schönes Appartement direkt am Strand. Man kann den Pool des Hotels mit nutzen und das daneben befindliche Restaurant ist gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war super zu erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Absolutely everything that we were looking for.

All the amazing reviews about this place are on point. I’ve rarely stayed in an Airbnb with such friendly and generous hosts. The lodging was the highlight of the trip. Bill lent us snorkel equipment, kayaks, and even wetsuits. And we caught fish off the dock. The living space is well equipped and really comfortable, and we ate fresh mulberries every morning off the bush. Loved our time here.

Had a great time. Have stayed in different units in Riviera Towers and Coral Beach Condominiums before but can say this unit is by far the best. Corner location with great views of the water and beach. Has evrything you need...beach chairs, snorkel equip, kitchen gadgets...all things to make your stay enjoyable. Will be back. We had a great stay at this Apartment. It offered everything we needed, also some nice Details as coffee equipment, Beach Mats etc. It is really close to the Beach and some Restaurants. But a car is recommend as you can‘t reach a Supermarket by walking.

The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The surrounding was equally beautifully and so peaceful. A major plus having a restaurant on the premises, great food (conch fritters were amazing). Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and was so responsive. Thank you Greg, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be visiting again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed and made exploring so convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I greatly enjoyed my 10 day stay. The unit had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Bonus shuttle van available at the nearby hotel takes you to Lacayan Market every hour and the Wednesday evening fish fry down the street was great. Pro tip, bring $4 in US quarters and a bit of soap and you’ll be ready to do a load of laundry in the common area.

Wonderful stay with my two college aged kids during our winter break. Location is unbeatable - right on the ocean in an area that isn't full of tourists. Loved watching the sunrise directly from the beach or from the living room. Beds were comfortable and it was very nice to have two bathrooms for three guests - especially when we needed to rinse off after swimming. Short drive to Solomon's grocery store. Centrally located on the island so we could explore the east or west end. Neighboring building has a small restaurant and bar that was a nice excursion on New Year's Eve. The host, Steve, was incredibly responsive to my countless questions about Grand Bahama Island. Great binder in the apartment full of suggestions for excursions, daily living needs and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Sandra provided alot ofvinformation prior to our trip(restaurants, taxi service etc). from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the beautiful location, the friendly and helpful building staff, and the condo itself which was just as described. any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. even a small plumbing issue that arose was handled and fixed immediately. we would love to rent again!

La casa de Vangie nos gustó mucho, tenía todo lo necesario, era amplia y cómoda. La playa y la pileta estaban a un paso. Realmente la recomiendo, el lugar es único, hermoso paisaje y muy tranquilo. Por las noches se escucha las olas y cuando hay viento las palmeras, muy lindo. No dudaría en volver. Gracias!!!!!

Lazaar’s place is very clean, neat, tidy and comfortable for 4 people. The condo is right on the beach, but a bonus feature is the pool and other games that are onsite as well. Additionally there is a library that houses a wealth of books in multiple languages and board games. Overall, a great experience for beach goers!!!
