Several of us just came back from a quick overnight trip to Brookfield, and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area of CT. The bottom floor was recently renovated, so the place is really well laid out with plenty of amenities. There is enough to do on property to keep a group of people entertained for a weekend stay if you plan on sticking around the house. The location is incredible, situated in a little nook right on the water with a ton of privacy and a huge backyard. And definitely reach out to Flory in advance as she plenty of recommendations for things to do and where to eat while you're in town. You will have no regrets if you book this place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sherri's place. Something about it felt more like "home" than a rental property which I appreciate. I was able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The hours aren't posted but it was open pretty much the entire time I was there and not crowded. I also felt like there were a lot of extras at Sherri's place for cooking. There were two coffee makers and lots of spices. It was very convenient and there was to do around the area.

Brains place was so close to Mohegan Probably could have walked. It was clean and a great location. Next door to the spa and inn so if you make an appointment for anything there you can walk to it. The restaurant at the inn was great also. Great host

My daughter and I had a great stay at Kathryn's place! Kathryn was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was very roomy and comfortable with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room area, and lots of games/puzzles/activities for entertainment. Location was great as well - private yet close to local amenities.

There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to have a decent shower while you are on vacation. That was absolutely not the case here. The hot water and water pressure in both bathrooms was exceptional. This is a great place in a great area. We will definitely try to get back here.

My husband and I stayed at Desiree’s place for New Years weekend. The space was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfect for our getaway. Close to the casino and spa and anything you need. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Natalie’s place for anyone looking to spend time in the Norwich area. Our group of 6 adults had a great overnight, and being 4 minutes from Mohegan was incredibly convenient. Natalie was incredibly responsive, and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into curating a space that makes her guests feel at home!

Had a wonderful stay. Condo exactly as pictured. 1st floor, so super easy and accessible. Very clean and clutter free. Coffee pods supplied and bottled water which was fantastic. Thank you!!

The next time I plan to visit Connecticut, I will definitely consider staying here again. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of downtown Hartford. It was a peaceful area with friendly neighbors, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside I encountered was that when I first walked into the apartment, it had a musty smell in the hallway due to a lack of air fresheners, and the TV remote wasn't working. However, after I reached out to the staff about the issues, I received new batteries and a wall plug from his assistant in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the remote still didn’t work, so I ended up using the Roku remote on my phone. Coming from a real estate background, I’d say the place is a bit overpriced, mainly due to the building’s condition; it feels somewhat rundown. Still, I’d rate it a solid 8.8 out of 10 overall. We had an amazing time at this condo for Valentines Day. We chose to stay here at the condo while we visited Mohegan Sun on our trip. The condo is only a mile away from the casino and takes 5 mins to get there. The pictures and description on the website matched the condo exactly. The space was extremely clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There was even a few small snacks and bottled water, which was a nice touch, and made you feel right at home!! The place was super easy to locate and parking was great for unloading our bags too. The host Taylor was super accommodating and very responsive throughout the entire process as well. The check in details were very descriptive and it just made everything super easy to figure out and get settled in. The fireplace was very nice to have on a cold winter nite. I would totally recommend staying at this condo you will not be disappointed!!

My family and I have rented several homes for vacation over the years, but this home is truly a special place. The property is gorgeous! The views are amazing, and we enjoyed spending many hours taking it all in. Lots of wildlife to observe and the private hiking trail was a great bonus. The house itself was wonderful…a unique mix of history, art, music, and modern technology. Everything was high-end and excellent quality. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept in away from home. The house was extremely clean and had everything you would ever need and plenty of it. We have never seen a vacation house with so many extra linens, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. We were so impressed! Hector is an exceptional host, friendly and responsive. His home is incredibly peaceful, a true sanctuary. We are so very grateful that we chose this house for our family vacation. Thank you, Hector!

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

The home was exactly the way it is in the photos, only better! Everything was clean and spotless. Plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies to use. The home is in a very secluded and in a quiet neighborhood. You will never see another person unless you drive out of the very long driveway and into town. The backyard was scenic and perfect for the fall season. Overlooking the river, especially in the fall is very scenic and was perfect for what we were hoping for. Communication with the Rental property was kind, courteous and professional. The even offered us a late check out as long as they did not rent the property that day. Me and my 5 family members were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property for all seasons. Will definitely return.

We had such a great stay for Christmas at Rebecca and Brooks place! The house was spacious, with everything you need in every room. Beds were so comfortable. Beautiful outdoor space to go walking in the snow. Rebecca was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their place!

Jan's house was a great stay with plenty of room for six adults. We loved the game room and outdoor hot tub. Instructions for the hot tub were clear and easy to follow. We'd definitely stay again!

Jessi's place was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Jessi responded to any questions quickly and was very clear in any and all instructions. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very easy to find. We will definitely be staying again!
