we will look back on our Tassie holiday with one of the highlights being our stay at Sandy Bay. what an amazing place. very functional, clean and safe. if we come back (and we would like to) we'll def be looking at another stay here

This is a great terraced cottage .Really well furnished and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine.Very clean and tidy. They need to provide some more pegs for the outside line .The back door out to the garden needs to be fixed and made more secure.And the garden needs some serious work . I would not hesitate to recommend this charming home away from home

Our group of four middle aged ladies who've known each other for 40+ years loved Tom and Cate's place. We were so comfortable and felt at home. The property was spotless, had everything we needed including some welcome goodies stashed in the fridge that we weren't expecting. Their communication was terrific and friendly and their recommendations were well received. We only wished we could have stayed for longer and we would happily return.

Lovely, unique and cosy place with everything we needed. The gardens were absolutely beautiful. It was nice meeting the actual gardener, who gave us some great local tips! This will be a place we remember.

Being able to have my dogs with me rather than boarding them for 10 days was great. Homely place to stay, and was lovely and warm on arrival in mid winter, due to Esther’s thoughtfulness of having air con going for my early arrival. I requested and was granted early check in as I had a morning event I needed to be at

Extremely spacious and comfortable Airbnb! Short 10-15 min drive to Hobart for all the tourist activities. Ros was incredibly helpful and provided easy instructions for our late night check in and even left the light on for our arrival. He was able to help coordinate a neighbor borrowing me a needle/thread to repair my 9 month old son’s hat which helped alleviate the stress of trying to look for some while on holiday. We enjoyed relaxing at the home and were pleased with all the provided necessities for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Our stay was terrific! Anne Maree was very friendly, kind and helpful, providing us with recommendations around Hobart. It was in a great location and had everything we needed!

Jonno's place was neat, tidy and quite (unexpectedly) spacious. Also, despite being close to his home, my stay was quiet and peaceful. This was a work trip so the seclusion was welcome after a hard day. I would recommend the place to anyone. Additionally, places in this area are quite expensive and Jonno's was well priced for the area.

My husband, teenage daughter and my Mum had a lovely 5 nights at Stuart’s place. We also had our golden retriever with us. We loved the quirky historic feel of the home, modern bathrooms, plenty of space including the extra living area downstairs and unbeatable location in a nice neighbourhood but only a few blocks up from the CBD shops. It’s also only 15 min walk to Salamanca. The kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items. Would have liked to have more glasses for drinking water, as only 4 provided. Nice little patio overlooking a raised lawn and garden. Parking in the driveway for 2 cars. It was quiet considering the central location. Comfortable beds and cosy at night. Would definitely stay again.,

Catherine’s place was in an ideal location, close to the airport, 7 mile beach and Hobart. Quiet and peaceful location with beautiful flower gardens. The host informed us ahead of time that the wifi would be spotty and it was. The accommodation was clean and had a well appointed kitchen.

Fantastic place to stay. Easy access for elderly mother. Plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms seperated nicely. Great for family to come over and also bring their dog as he was allowed. Close to a couple of great cafes and easy walk to beach. Have found a gem.

lovely cosy studio with fabulous views of the Harbour. There is a 3km circular walk at the back of the house and all amenities are close by. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Fridge a bit small but the shower and bidet toilet a great source of joy. Jill has great tips and interacts as required. her dogs are very friendly

What a place to stay with your family . Games room was amazing .access to beach is 2 min walk .beautiful surroundings.kids loved the pool . Will definitely go back there . Thanks

Fabulous arrangement with the two spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you required and the groceries and treats were a pleasant surprise. Merrydith was extremely helpful with suggesting areas to visit. The deck area is a peaceful warm area to relax with a book. I would definitely recommend and return if I visit Hobart again. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

Very nice stay. Jodi was very helpful, friendly and informative. Great location. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Walking distance to shops cafes, restaurants, bars and public transport. Undercover parking for the hire car. Plenty of tourist brochures, maps and helpful information on hand.

Jodi and Lindsay were great to deal with and very accommodative. Their place was very clean and easy to access. It is located in a very nice spot with easy access to the city and other attractions. I would highly recommend their units.

Wonderful house, wonderful location. Our party of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bellhaven. Very convenient to all amenities and it's a short ferry ride to Hobart and the Salamanca Markets. The meals at the pub were great and it's only a short walk away. Breakfast at Cocomo and Co was also fabulous. The availability of a vehicle to do some exploring was an added bonus. Thank you Phil and Margaret for all your local knowledge. We hope to be back!
