My family and I stayed in Roman's unit and we couldn't have been happier. The unit is located in an extremely well cared for development made up of owners and hosts. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed all of the amenities offered including the 3 pools, tennis court, gym, and poolside restaurant. The location was just what we wanted - away from the touristy parts of the island, yet located an easy drive to the beaches, activities, and grocery marts for all our needs. Roman was always available, responsive, friendly and helpful. Shortly after our arrival, we were greeted by the concierge, Joffrey, who shared some inside tips and a bottle of wine. Our unit was wonderful. We had all the amenities described in the listing. We like to cook and had all the kitchenware we needed for our many meals on the private patio. This was our first trip to Aruba and we will definitely be back. We will certainly stay at Roman's place as it's absolutely hard to beat.

We were happy with every detail! And all of the extras such as shampoo/handsoap, body wash, laundry pods, toilet paper etc! Host was extremely responsive.

Angela was a great host. I would definitely suggest to others. Quiet and peaceful area.

We thank Dan for letting us stay at the property in late January. Was a great get away from the cold. Everything is relatively close by and was easy to get to. Our in laws stopped to say hello on their way to Naples and asked what kind of deal we had to make to get Dans property! Fun times with the family.

Quedamos complacidos con la casa, estaba bien equipada aunque podria mejorar. El anfitrion Gabriel fue muy amable, atento siempre a nuestras necesidades y puntual al recibirnos. Muy cercano a zonas comerciales y turisticas lo que hizo nuestra estadia muy placentera. Definitivamente regresaría.

The house was gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood in the walled city, secure, easy walking distance to the rest of the walled city as well as Getsemani. The pool was fantastic and refreshing and beautiful. ( we didn’t use the hot tub as it was very hot in Cartagena) Loved all the outdoor spaces in the unit and in the common areas. The women who cooked and cleaned for us were exceptional, providing us with breakfast every day and a special luncheon and dinner for 13 people. They took care of us in every way.

Our group of 8 stayed Feb 2025. The home is nicely decorated, clean, and Jose supplied a starter set of toiletries for the shower, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, some coffee pods, and spices for cooking. They supplied large beach towels for the pool, a small cooler, and noodles. The oasis pool and hot tub were awesome. Don’t miss the second pool by the marina that is heated and a hot tub grotto which was perfect in the evenings. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, you just can’t beat it! This townhome is located near many restaurants and fun places for activities. You enter the home from the first floor but second floor is the main living area with full kitchen, living room, and nice balcony. Two bedrooms are on the third floor so lots of stairs but worth the trip. First floor has a private king bedroom with a pull out couch in the living area and a small kitchen. Laundry room is in a storage area outside next to the front door. We loved our stay and Jose!

We had a great stay at Petra’s! The house looks exactly like the pictures and it’s really cozy! Great mattress and pillows, also it was spotless clean! The kitchen has everything you need and we also appreciated the convenience of having a new stove/oven and wash and dryer. We really enjoyed that we could choose between gas or charcoal “parrilla” considering that my partner is Uruguayan, he was literally in heaven! We loved our morning walks around the complex with our pets and the option of walking to the beach. The backyard is the place where stayed the most during our stay and it’s super relaxing! The beach club is nice and pet friendly but if you prefer to stay at the swimming pool in the complex, it’s literally a 1 minute walk! Communication with Petra and Andres was really easy and they were both super responsive! We can’t wait to go back and stay for another couple of days at Petra’s!!!

We recently stayed at Denis’ place and really enjoyed this beautiful townhouse, it had everything we needed. Alexia met us at check in and was so friendly and nice. This townhouse is a short walk to Eagle Beach with lots of dining options in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Just spent a wonderful month at Rebeca's place. The house was spotless and well-appointed (thanks to the caretaker, Barbara) and the only sound you hear is from the waves crashing a few feet away. The view from the rear deck simply can't be beat and the patio furniture is very comfy so if you're like me you'll be spending all your time there. Looking forward to coming back next year!

It’s very close to the designer stores and upscale mall-Gucci Prada LV Jimmy Choo Fendi….and you name it…it’s there. Walkable and accessible. Kitchen is a bit small so don’t expect to cook much. We only boiled eggs and made coffee so it worked for us. Jose is very responsive. Very flexible and nice guy. Let us check out late because our flight was late. Clean place, easy parking, walkable. Has laundry and enough beds. I would recommend it!

This place was very clean . We need a place to stay because our other accommodation didn't not work out. Nick's team was very fast at responding and accommodated us. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for our family trips to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable - we loved Esteffany's home! She was gracious and very accommodating - we would love to stay again!

Small space but perfect for 2!!! So close to the Boardwalk and the beach!!

My family of 5 spent 3 nights in Natalia's hideaway. It had everything we needed : space, large bedrooms for everyone. It is Well decorated and cosy. Natalia was quick to répond and communication was very easy. Hialeah is well located if you want to go to Miami or the Everglades. We really enjoyed our time there!
