Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Wonderful, if i can describe in one word. Might simply be one of the best AirBNB i’ve rented in Jakarta. Surrounding area is great. Balcony view is nice. It even got a skybridge connected to the mall next to it. Checking in and out is easy as pie with the lockbox. For those who bring baby/toddler, look no further ‘cause the unit got like a LOT of toys & books. Little one couldn’t be happier! And one of the best part is, the host even let us check in waaaayy earlier when our flight rescheduled for an earlier departure. Lucky us 11/10 would rent again. Thank you so much Pak Nowy🙏🏼

A rare find; spacious unit and easy access to shopping mall (although not many tenants in there, but there are minimarkets). The unit is clean and comes with a private elevator. Close to Senayan and GBK. Bus stop is conveniently located across the mall, and Kebayoran Station is just two bus stops away. Overall, we are satisfied with the unit. Thank you.

Recommended to stay here. there are window to see the city of jakarta that our children is happy to see the car everyday from the appartment. Even if we love to stay here, there still a lot to improve for longer stay and it will be really great if the host can provide below things. 1. Towel 2. Rice Cooker 3. Knife, Cutter and other cooking stuffs. Also maybe the host need to give clear instruction to security or guest, since we stay for a more than 4 days, there are security asked us for fulfilling guest book, etc Thanks for the host and it is a pleasure to stay on your room.

Jika anda suka tanaman, anda harus menginap di Barahouse. Tanaman hijau yang hidup dalam pot ada di setiap sudut. Dari teras, ruang tamu sampai kamar mandi. Suasana terasa sejuk dan segar .

A perfect place to stay for maximum 4 adults to explore BSD and it's surroundings (Gading Serpong, Alam Sutera). Host is super responsive and easy to communicate. Easy check-in and check-out process. Not advisable to bring babies or toddlers due to the design and layout of the house.

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

주변에 마트가 있고 식당가가 있어 편리함. 3층을 다 한 팀이 써서 프라이빗하게 놀 수 있음. 다만, 처음 가는 길의 의치가 구글지도와는 다르게 뜨는 것에 유의하시길.. 숙소는 깨끗한 편이고 잘 공간이 많아 다인원에 적합한 숙소임. 조리도구도 충분하고 공간마다 에어컨이 설치되어 있어 더울일이 없음. 화장지가 모자라서 문의 하니까 바로 가져다 주셔서 너무 좋았음! 가족단위의 여행객이나 한달 살기 하는 분들에게 좋을 것 같음

A pleasant stay at Casa de Victoria and arranging team bonding activity there. Fully furnished, complete amenities and feels like at home. The most important thing is they have many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Peaceful surrounding for a light morning jogging. Only WiFi connection is slow for 12 people zoom calls. But overall we had amazing & memorable stay at Casa de Victoria! Thank you!

Flavia was the most amazing host! She made us feel right at home, bought us cake on Chinese New Year, always stocked up snacks and had an excellent cleaning team. She truely cares for the experiences of her visitors. I can’t recommend Flavia enough and she really treated us like family. One thing to note was that the showers were temperamental and just luke warm most of the time. Flavia did everything in her power to resolve the issue!

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

easy to find, comfortable, good location, walking distance to 4 big shopping mall in jakarta. unfortunately i did not have time to try the clubhouse facilities, maybe next time
