Worth every penny to stay here, because it’s accessible and right in the center of South Jakarta! Near PIM, Gandaria also Senayan City & Plaza Senayan. We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

We had a great time in Widya’s Villa, place is clean and beautiful. Villa well maintained, and host was very friendly and accommodating. Our family and kids enjoyed our stay with Widya. Thank you!

The home was so warm and cozy made me and my friends feel like we’re at our own uncle’s house. There’s a giant tv and lots of musical instruments that makes the place even more perfect for a gathering

Near to mrt, easy to get taxi. Spacious, comfortable, nice night city view. Fast wifi, recommended!!!

Everything went well, Nando was very friendly and helped either everything! His apartment was nice and clean, the view from balcony was also nice(even I am afraid of heights). I can only recommend the host anf his apartment! all the best, regards Lukas :)

Nice place to stay since surround by many good food. The place is clean, the host very responsive.

I lived in her place for two months. Yanthie's apartment is known as the best apartment in west jakart and it is true. The place is very modern, safe, quite and convenient for reaching a mall for shopping. Also quite close to the airport; it takes about 30 mins if there is no traffic. You can also use a swimming pool and gym for free in her apartment. Her place is spacious enough for one or two persons. But one problem I had was that it was quite difficult to cook here cause the cooking tools and utensils are not fully ready and refrige is too small to store food but if you are going to stay not too long, it won't be any problem. Sometimes I got problems with the internet and electricity but she was always helping and responded me very fast. She is a very kind and helping host. I highly recommend her house for staying.

It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.

2e fois que je viens à Taman Anggrek et pour un long séjour (1 mois à peu près). Yonas s’est toujours montré très réactif et à l’écoute si j’avais la moindre demande concernant l’appartement ou renseignement. La Résidence est à proximité de nombreux Malls, les installations sont impeccables et nombreuses. Il y a une bonne wifi dans l’appartement donc pour ceux qui travailleraient en ligne comme moi c’est parfait. Je repasserai sûrement ici à mon prochain séjour sur Jakarta
