Amazing location and home! Scott was super responsive and helpful, and we felt right at home. This spot is also better in-person! Photos don’t do it justice. Many great coffee shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.

We stayed at Shannon's three times last year and once this year, so that speaks for itself. There are other places in Burbank to stay, but we have no reason to test those waters. I'm sure there will be at least one more stay this year. We highly recommend this location.

Stayed in Santa Monica for a Christmas family reunion and loved it! The place was fantastic, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet there were plenty of things to do nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynne's magical Topanga Cottage -- the most beautiful part of LA. You can start to feel the wonder on the ride in. This is our second time at the cottage and we'll be back. It's both cozy and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, great towels, and everything you need. Not to mention the yurt! Lynne is responsive from start to finish, giving us great recommendations for the area. It's our little spot in LA, and we couldn't be happier.

I had a great stay at Todd’s apartment! Everything was spotless, and I felt safe from the moment I arrived until I left. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking, and the bathroom had all the hygiene products I needed. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, and even a roll of paper towels were provided, which was a nice touch. We stayed from March 14-17, and it was pretty cold in LA at first, but the two mini heaters worked perfectly. Once it warmed up, the fan in the closet was just as helpful. The lighting setup throughout the apartment was great, though we had a minor issue with the bedroom outlets and lamps—nothing major. Todd was very attentive and kind, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The shower and bathtub were great with plenty of hot water, and the WiFi worked perfectly, with apps like Peacock and Netflix available. The location was exactly as described, with everything nearby. I’d definitely recommend it!

My husband and daughter and myself were very comfortable staying at the Redwood house. It was clean and had what we needed to prepare a couple of meals. It is on Topanga Drive so you can hear cars passing if the windows are open, but it didn’t distract from a good night sleep, and I did notice there were even earplugs supplied if someone was bothered. I would definitely stay here again. There are a couple of other houses on the compound but we had privacy and it was never an issue.

This unit is in an amazing location. The neighborhood is quiet, so you’ll be able to rest without any distractions. You’re close to various eateries and easy access to the freeway. There is plenty of storage for your luggage as well as any purchases you make on your trip. If running is your thing you will encounter several other runners on your morning or evening run. Kenneth Hahn park is just a few minutes away and is great location to get your miles in. I’m originally from the area and decided to stay in an air bnb v family this time. However, I will tell you if I wasn’t the hosts do an excellent job of providing information to aid travelers in creating an itinerary and restaurant recommendations. As will as clear communication regarding the unit and expectations, removing any confusion or uncertainty. If you’re looking for a sign to book this unit, this is! It looks just like the pictures and there are no funny smells. You will not regret it!

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.
