A nice and convenient place to stay. Only a short walk from the train station and opposite a Tesco Extra. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!

This is now the third or fourth time I have stayed here. Great large open plan space. Beautiful and quiet. Just what was needed. I would definitely use this place again if needing to stay in the area. Highly recommended

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

I stayed for 3 nights and it was fantastic. Exactly what I needed for a break. The accomodation is amazing and has everything you need to have a great time. The location is also great with easy access to many local takeaways and restaurants and supermarkets (anything you could possibly want). There's also a bus stop right outside that takes you to Nottingham. Really easy to use. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thanks Lauren.

We stayed a year ago but liked it so much we went back again!! The place is still pristine! You can also buy drinks downstairs and taste up with you. Kitchen really well equipped. Lots of treats left for us. Exceptionally clean!

The apartment was beautiful, clean & very easy to find. It was just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre & local public transport. I would highly recommend this apartment & I will definitely be booking here again next time I am in Nottingham. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

Apartment was really lovely. Very clean; good decor (curtains are gorgeous!). Alison responded extremely promptly to questions. Little touches like leaving a pint of milk in the fridge (and a few choccies on the table) were very much appreciated!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

A lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, with everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The balcony is a fantastic bonus, offering a nice spot to relax. Lewis was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

A home from home in the perfect location for what we needed. Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy and in a great location to local ammenities.

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x

Quiet, private, comfortable, clean, with added little extra's that make all the difference when staying in an Air band B. Could not fault anything - best place to stay when in Gainsborough - Louise is a star .

Great Central location that worked very well for my visit to Nottingham. George and Kieran are very prompt to respond to queries and extremely helpful, especially for suggesting alternative parking facilities for a large van that was too tall to fit under the courtyard archway! Super comfy beds made it the perfect place to crash for the night!

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Stayed at Kirsty before. Its a convenient spot for us to stay at and see the grandchildren. Kirsty is a friendly host and the communication was excellent.

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

Had a really lovely stay, parking was a massive bonus and lovely little touches of a multi functional phone charger, washing machine tablets, spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. Overall really pleasant and will definitely stay again

This was a very pleasant stay in beautifully clean, well equipped accommodation. It was ideally situated for our concert at the Palace Theatre and within walking distance of an excellent pub. Christopher and Sue were helpful hosts who provided clear and friendly information.
