We spent the weekend here for my partners bday. We stayed in The Nest and it was absolutely stunning. We paid for a balloon tower too which was HUGE! Well worth the money. The wildlife is incredible, we were lucky enough to see a kingfisher and many other birds. Sadly it was too dark to see the otters this time of year. The location was quiet and in touch with nature. We switched all the lights off outside in the hot tub and saw many shooting stars. Natalie was a very friendly and responsive host. The location is 9 min drive to Louth and we ate out at The Ranch which has incredible food alongside tons of other restaurants and the town is beautiful. Mablethorpe is also only a 20 minute drive and the beach is lovely with plenty of arcades! All facilities were clean and comfortable, and we had parking right outside our cabin. We absolutely will be back to stay in spring next year! Thank you Natalie for a wonderful weekend ❤️

The place is so beautiful and the hot tub was ready for when we arrived, as promised. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Genuinely such a beautiful and relaxing time away!

We spent Christmas at Rodica's place and she made sure that it felt just like home. She managed to decorate for us and the place was spotless. Communication was great and whenever we had an issue or query she was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We look forward to another stay soon.

we had a lovely stay at the cosy cottage, this was our second visit as we enjoyed our stay so much last time we just had to come back! Jason's cottage is like a home away from home, with everything you need plus the added personal touches such as milk, wine, fresh eggs, treats etc.. the hot tub is a great added bonus and we were lucky with the weather.. the beds are super comfy for a great night's sleep, we would definitely recommend a visit here :-)

My partner and I stayed here with our little Pomeranian dog and 2 friends. It was lovely as soon as we walked in with the Christmas decorations up for our stay w/c 23-27 for Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Was very relaxing and cosy! Everything I needed in the kitchen to do a perfect Christmas dinner 🎄🎅🏼. Definitely would love to come back and stay! ☺️

What a lovely romantic little spot! Hosts were so helpful! Hot tub under the stars was a dream! Lots to do near by and plenty of places to eat!

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

We had originally booked somewhere else to stay but the booking fell through at the last minute. Karen responded immediately to my request which was very short notice and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The house was perfect and after having such a stressful time we were both delighted that our original booking had fallen through! The house is beautifully appointed, warm, cosy peaceful and spotlessly clean. It’s also in a very convenient location, near enough to get to the centre of things without being in the busy areas. Karen shares my love for interior design and I very much enjoyed reading her magazines and books on the subject! Fabulous eclectic selection of paintings and prints on all the walls and lots of delightful personal touches everywhere. Karen was easy to contact if needed and she checked to see how we were during our stay which was very thoughtful of her. I would highly recommend staying at No. 72.
