Charming and comfortable home with beautiful accents throughout. The kitchen is most pleasant. The details and design in the bathrooms are a nice touch. Beds are comfortable and mattresses are clean. Nice neighborhood. We stayed over 6 weeks. Chi was helpful, responsive and kind. We absolutely recommend this home.

We had a great stay. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The showers were relaxing, the home was nice and open which was great for a family especially with little kids. The beach items especially the wagon was wonderful to be able to use. The pool area was relaxing and inviting. I'm sure we'll be back.

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house is very modern and clean! Beds were ok. Pillows in the master bedroom are hard. I wish I had brought my own. Having beach towels and chairs available was very helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Melbourne Beach is only 10 minutes away and a beautiful beach. And I highly recommend eating at Taco Dive! If ever in the area again we will definitely look to book here!

If you're looking for a home close to the USSSA Space Coast Ballpark, this is your place! Was very pleased with the home and the amenities in it!

The house was very clean and super organized when we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic. Many items were supplied above the norm, ie, all paper products, shampoo/conditioner, coffee/filters, snacks and much more. There were a lot of toy and game options for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing and provided hours of entertainment for the kiddos. The area has many good dining options, car or similar required. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to coming back hopefully soon.

GREAT! We had a girls weekend at Pura Vida and had a blast. The outdoor area was even better than expected, the outdoor shower and grill were so much fun to use. Close to groceries and quick eats, and an easy drive to get to Cocoa Beach and all the spots we waned to see. Would 100% stay here again!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Super clean! Easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The hallway closet was stocked with plenty of extra lines, towels, etc. There isn't really anything I can say that is bad at all. We would 100% stay here again if/when we visit the area. So much better than a hotel!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

My family and I enjoyed Emma's condo! It was clean, spacious and we felt right at home. She was easy to work as well. Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and Cocoa Beach Pier. The pool was a plus with having kids. Lots of beach items and home items to use. We would definitely book again here. We love Cocoa Beach!

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.

We loved our stay. Tammy is a great host and her place is perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and many good stores. The condo is very quiet and beautiful. We were very happy with our Spring Break.
