Great host, super responsive and was able to sort out an early check in very quickly.

We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

Eric is a gentleman and scholar. Immaculate kitchen and bedroom. Would book again.

The place was in a perfect location for us to go back and forwards every day. The driveway was great meant the car was safe and we didn’t have to pay for parking. Host left clear check in instructions so we got into the property without any issues. Was good having a full house to ourselves and the area was quiet in the evening.

Perfect home away from home. Debbie’s home was ideal for us whilst we were having renovations. As with all renovations, there were delays which meant we extended our stay which was quickly accommodated by Debbie. The location is quiet and with the park less than 2 mins from the house was perfect. The home itself had everything you could need for a long term stay with fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer. The outdoor garden was perfect for catching some sun during WFH days. Communication with Debbie was great as she was was always responsive and helpful. Very glad we had a cosy homely 2 months here whilst away from our home.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

For the price of the place, the space is outstanding. Musthaq responds in time too.

I stayed there 4 nights and it is Nice and clean home with little garden. Very easy check in and check out. Hemanth always responded within couple mints when we had any queries.

Beautiful location with views of the canal. I messaged haris when we had checked in to see if there was an iron in the apartment and within ten minutes he brought us a brand new one. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Wonderful place - clean and tidy, with everything you need. Location is both stunning and convenient. Great place to stay.

Honestly best Airbnb I have ever stayed and would love to come back to Birmingham just to stay in this apartment again

We stayed for just two nights for my wife's birthday and we wished we had booked for longer! Not many places have exceeded our expectations but Jane's place did just that. Beautiful location with a lovely walk around the grounds, well situated for other villages, a very comfortable and well equipped apartment and friendly, helpful hosts. I'll add a + to the stars!

Such a lovely calm location, the cottage was super clean and cosy. There are amazing farm routes to take walks and there’s so many furry friends!! Rita is lovely and so helpful, we will definitely come here again :) x

Beautiful waterside property, very spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need. it was lovely to sit outside with a morning coffee, being visited by the resident ducks! Bed was very comfortable, as were the sofas. Perfect weekend getaway, would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous 2 nights stay in Milsom cottage . The view was amazing and the cottage so cosy and warm from the AGA . The peace and quiet was glorious! The cottage’s fixtures and fittings and amenities were of great quality and it felt like a real treat to be staying there . We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s beautiful cottage over the weekend. Check-in was super easy – Susan greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, making sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked. The cottage itself definitely had the wow factor – absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and really well looked after. It had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe, which made it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a real treat! It was already warmed up and ready to use when we arrived, and really easy to operate – a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special. It’s just a 4-minute drive into the town centre, where we found some lovely cafes and great places to eat. We also spent a day in Ludlow, which was absolutely stunning – well worth the short drive. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with a great host.

A new family favourite! It was a home from home with everything provided that we could possibly need. The house was very comfortable, there was outdoor seating and access to the woodland for walks which was perfect during our sunny stay. We had a great time and we would love to return. Jean and James are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time at Peplow hall, the cottage we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and there were so many thoughtful touches. The gardens and surrounding area were beautiful for an afternoon walk! We really enjoyed staying here!
