Anton’s place was magical. There was so much to do for us and the kids - exploring, swimming, snorkelling, fishing or just relaxing in their lovely warung. He was very helpful in arranging transfers and trips to nearby islands and good snorkelling spots. The food at their warung was delicious (cooked by his wife and family). And his kids were so friendly and welcoming to ours. His place was spotless and really well cared for. We were so sad to leave. It’s sad to mention that unfortunately the island and sea had a noticeable amount of plastic and other rubbish but this is certainly no reflection on Anton’s place.

This was my second stay at Wave House, and it was as good as I remembered. Russell is a great host; him and his staff will definitely take good care of you. Sulis, the housekeeper, whips up an awesome breakfast in no time, and is very flexible about the serving times (which is great when you get back from your morning surf). She also hooked me up with a scooter with no hassle. Another perk is that Russell owns a boat, so getting a ride out to the surf breaks is super easy and affordable. All in all I had a great stay (again), and I would recommend anyone who wants to try the Gerupuk surf spots to stay at Wave House. Thank you Russell and Sulis - see you next time 😊

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Owa. L’endroit est tellement paisible, calme et reposant. Le lieu est incroyable, en pleine nature, et à la fois proche de la plage d’Areguling. Nous avons pu faire du surf. Nous avons également pu diner chez Owa où la cuisine est exceptionnelle! Ils ont été au petits soins et ont su s’adapter à notre régime alimentaire. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés, avec la clim. Les hôtes nous ont recommandé pleins de bonnes activités autours (moto, atelier cuisine). Nous avons aussi testé les massages aussi proposé par l’hôte qui étaient supers. Nous avons pu booker un scooter sur place. Vraiment une belle découverte, nous reviendrons!

My stay with Kade was excellent. I would give this place a 10 star if I could. The host and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The place is exactly as the photos and you get great value for what you paid. I would stay here again when I visit. I highly recommend this home-away-from home. I love the vibes !

Excellent adress in Gili T ! Very close to all the entertainment and yet still very quiet. The room are very charming, well équipes and spacious. Breakfast was very good and coffee generously at will all day long. Staff is very helpfull, available without being intrusive and gave us good tips on snorkeling spots and trips. A great thanks and a string recomendation for Mama J's corner!

Nos quedamos una semana y nos sentimos muy a gusto. La habitación es comoda y las camas también. el entorno es tranquilo y silencioso. En menos de 10min en moto y estás en el centro de Kuta. También nos gustaron las vistas al circuito. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento.

I had an incredible stay at The Marc Hotel in the Gili Islands! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were modern, spotless, and well-designed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and island charm. The hotel’s location was also ideal—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and everything Gili has to offer. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in the Gili Islands, The Marc Hotel is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Tatti is the most beautiful human being. She was so helpful with anything you ask. The room was spotless and the air con works beautifully. Shower always a nice temperature. Tattis breakfast was really simple and nice/light. She also accommodates to your schedule. It felt very homey. Thank you so much Tatti! 😊

Komeng hat mich und meinen Freund super herzlich empfangen. Wir haben viel mit ihm gequatscht und hatten lustige Gespräche. Er ist ein super toller und glücklicher Gastgeber. Er kam jeden Tag zu uns, um nach dem Frühstück zu fragen und wie unser Tag war. In seinem Garten hängen Passionfruits, die man gerne essen darf. Die Fahrräder und Schnorchel durften wir ausleihen. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt. Es ist klein und familiär in dem Garten🫶🏼🌈

Probablement le meilleur petit déjeuner de l’île. L’equipe restauration est aux petits soins. Le pain est fait maison. Le smoothy bowl est fabuleux. Grâce à Tity et Chloé, nous avons découvert l’île Gili Air de l’intérieur. Nous avons découverts de fabuleux restaurants et des activités de qualité (sortie bateau, massage, yoga, soirées), en gagnant un temps fou grâce à leurs recommandations. Les chambres respirent la sérénité, tout en simplicité et beauté. C’est proche de tout et notamment a 4 minutes de la plage. Je recommande fortement !

Denise is an exceptional host! I’ve booked my room only when I was already on the island and she answered almost instantaneously. Located at about 10 min walk from where the boat arrives on the island and sent me good instructions to easily find her place. It’s a very safe and well located place. I was welcomed like a princess by the most heartwarming staff. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. Denise also took the time to explain what and where to see all the things there’s to do on Gili T. Thanks to her, I was able to do everything I wanted to do in less than 24 hours, but I could’ve stayed longer to do more! I’ve snorkelled, I’ve rented a bike, I’ve seen a giant turtle, and I’ve partied just enough. Denise and her staff really contributed to make the most out of my very short trip to Gili T. I’ll be forever thankful I was staying there during my trip. Hopefully I’ll go back soon, and this place will be my number one choice. Highly recommend! Cheers!

Nos encantó el lugar! Buen desayuno, la piscina excelente y la habitación muy funcional, aunque no nos asignaron exactamente la misma de las fotos, de igual manera estaba impecable! Los anfitriones siempre han sido muy amables y simpáticos, atentos a nuestras necesidades. La ubicación es un buen punto de partida para ir a cualquier sitio y está verdaderamente cerca Dell centro de Kuta. También puedes rentar una moto allí mismo y ofrecen servicio de transporte

Der Aufenthalt war einfach spitze, egal welche Fragen ich hatte. Alle wurden beantwortet, und mir wurde sofort geholfen, ein Ansprechpartner war stets zugegen. Der Gastgeber war sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben wie zu Hause. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Pool, freies WLAN und TV auf dem Zimmer mit der Möglichkeit, Prime, Netflix, YouTube und ähnliches zu schauen. Das Essen im direkt anliegenden Restaurant „Makan Makan“ ist super mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sogar eine happy Cocktail Zeit gibt es mit 25 % pro Cocktail, alles sehr gepflegt. und man spricht Englisch! rund um ein super Angebot werde ganz sicher nächstes Jahr wieder vorbeischauen

我和我先生正在印度尼西亚旅行，这是我们目前为止最完美的一次住宿体验！目之所及的一切都非常漂亮，安静。群山、大海，鸟儿在日出日落的绚丽中飞翔。太喜欢这里了，简直就想取消后面的所有行程一直呆着啦。 没有见到Gina，但沟通顺畅，回复很快，所有建议都贴心又暖心🥰 她的团队也非常优秀，随时提供服务。Rio, Ani 以及Isnun 都人美心善，跟他们在一起非常开心快乐。 如果我们再来龙目岛，一定会回来这里。 也非常乐意把它推荐给所有需要在龙目岛停留的朋友～～实际上我已经在盆友圈广而告之了，虽然没拿一分钱广告费，哈哈哈哈哈哈😂

i keep coming back to gili air and this time i stayed in sofiane’s homestay for a whole month. i couldn’t have imagined better home away from home. the homestay is small but beautiful, set in my favourite northeast part of the island, surrounded by a small and peaceful lush garden, very close to the beach, in the vicinity of some great places to eat and staffed by a kind, friendly, helpful and hardworking team who made sure the place is well-maintained and kept clean. the breakfast was simple yet nourishing and delicious. the wifi was good and the dining/working area very pleasant and comfortable. if/when i return to gili air, i would like to stay here again. i’m very happy with my stay and grateful to have found this lovely little oasis!

Die Unterkunft liegt super und in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt für die Zeit in Kuta. Durch den Roller den man direkt von der Unterkunft beziehen kann, ist alles schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wer eine ruhige Lage zum Entspannen möchte ist hier genau Richtig. Die Familien geführte Unterkunft ist sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich direkt Wohnlich. Wir würden bei einem zukünftig Aufenthalt in Kuta wieder kommen.

Sweet and simple. Great location 50 steps to the beachfront. Great budget friendly option for beach bums like me - I sacrificed luxury for location and it was totally worth it. The staff at Matahari Bubgalows 3 were exceptional - professional and fun - super important as a solo-female traveller. Bikes, snorkel mask/fins and tours available directly. I will miss the Matahari Family!
