Flat was amazing and even with scaffolding view is nice shame about closed balcony but will be back soon once building is complete

Vicky and Jake were there to meet us and were very helpful with instructions on how to use heating and appliances within the apartment, we got good helpful advice on the local area and were made very welcome. Lots of little extras to help us feel at home and it was an extremely comfortable place to come back to and relax after a long day at the races or on the tourist trail. We would definitely consider using the apartment again in future visits to Cheltenham.

Had an amazing stay at Sinead’s. Location was great and close to the centre, tesco express across the street and even had parking available. Everything was just like pictures. Had a slight issuing checking in but was resolved quickly.

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Brilliant peaceful location exactly as described. The accommodation had everything needed for my stay. Holly was a brilliant host. Always available and very kind and friendly.

Linden is an absolute treasure. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us lots of knowledge of the surrounding area and took great care of us. He is very highly recommended as a fantastic host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Jill and I would like to thank Linden and will definately see him again.

Lovely house, big rooms, comfy bed, gorgeous little doggo - what's not to like? Amanda was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Also appreciate how dog friendly it was for our pooch. The flat is on the top floor of Amanda's b&b with its own kitchen and (huge!) bathroom. Great stay, thanks so much. If you're relying on the parking there, I'd recommend you talk to the host before you arrive to ensure there's space. We parked on the street which was no problem for us as free on the weekends. The breakfast smelled great - we'll be sure to book for bed and breakfast next time! Thanks again.

Very good flat in excellent central location

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Peter was a great host. I requested a room at 11.30pm on a Friday night, was falling asleep at the wheel and needed rest urgently. He responded quickly and gave clear instructions of how to get to the property in Clarence Square. It is a beautuful basement flat in a Regency period property with a idyllic small park in the centre of the square. After a short chat about the facilities i went straight to bed and had the best nights sleep i have had in 20 years. Its free parking at night until 8am and i left just before. I wish i had stayed longer and shared breakfast at least with Peter. He is a kind, caring and very considerate host. He goes way above and beyond with liittle homemade treats and drinks in the room. I was made to.feel at home instantly. I will be recommending him to all my family, friends, colleagues and clients. Would be the perfect place to stay when planning a Cotteswold escape or adventure. I wish i had paid more, im completely freshed and recharged. A great stay 12/10

Excellent host and very nice apartment that was ideally located for visiting Franklins' Gardens and a ten minute walk from the town centre. Very clean, very nice flat. Dishwasher and washing machine provided. Showers worked well. Beds comfortable. Nicely furnished. Minor quibbles: We spent quite a long time trying to find the entrance. Photos were provided but it would be helpful to have a street map and photos of the whole street with arrows. One toilet seat was loose. There was a tear in the sofa. Not an issue but probably best to find a way to repair it.

Annabel's place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable and immaculate. We loved the view and exploring the surroundings more than the last time we stayed. Annabel was happy to help with any questions but had provided such good information before arrival that we didn't have any.

It's a lovely family home located very close to a beautiful village. We had a few minor issues, but Joe was very responsive via messages and phone. The kids loved the home, and there were quite a few board games for them to enjoy. Overall, it was a great family outing with friends.

Luma and Jacob’s home was quite literally the highlight of our trip. It’s beautiful and their attention to even the smallest details was what truly sets this home and experience apart. It feels like you are staying in a luxury Inn that you have all to yourself— from the gourmet coffee, lovely linens, sweet garden, workout room, cozy well designed rooms… Our trip was over the long Easter weekend and Winchcombe was perfect. Less busy than other areas of the Cotwolds, but equally charming. It was also our son’s 18th birthday and when we arrived to the home, Luma had decorated with a “Happy Birthday” banner and baked the most delicious cake. She also left us a basket of all sorts of Cotswolds treats and a big chocolate Easter egg. To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement! The communication was outstanding. This is by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you Luma & Jacob!!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Wargrave with 9 of our family for a 70th birthday celebration. We were met by Jef and Ann, Jack's parents, who were so very friendly and very welcoming. Throughout our stay, Jef was on call to help us should we have any questions (such as when we couldn't work out the television/ microwave 😂) Jack was always responsive to any messages as well even though he was abroad at the time. The house is amazing! Very beautiful with wonderful artwork on the walls and comfortable in the extreme. The open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge meant that everyone felt included in proceedings. The weather that weekend was good so we were able to sit outside in the garden and look over the beautiful surroundings. The bedrooms were fabulous - large, light and airy with very comfortable beds and amazing country views from the windows. Wargrave and Henley are a short drive away and good places to visit and great Thames walks. Thank you Jack and Jef for a fab stay

We came away to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to do that. The games room and cinema room were an excellent, well used part of our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed considering we cooked everyday. Overall this was one of the nicest, cleaner places we have stayed in and really made the weekend feel special.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was really lovely and well equipped for 3 families all staying together. The Estate was lovely and the facilities great, although you meed to remember to book things like the Spa we'll in advance and the pool and pizza. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cotswold. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders das großzügige Kinderzimmer hat den jungen Gästen gefallen. Neben der Lage mitten in der Natur war der Games Room ein weiteres Highlight, was von den Kindern gern genutzt wurde. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben auf Empfehlung die kleinen Pubs der Umgebung besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Oxford ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Oxfordshire.

What a stay! Beautiful place and fantastic features, not sure the photos really do this place justice. The hot tub and the loch inn was a personal favourite providing hours of entertainment over the course of the stay. House was immaculately presented and bedrooms were very comfy. Would recommend staying here and will be looking to book again in the future. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time here and would love to come again! The house is very clean, comfortable and incredibly well stocked with everything you could need from life jackets to a picnic rug to board games to a slow cooker! We loved using the free swimming pool everyday and had fun exploring on the kayaks and having BBQs in the evening sun on the terrace. The beds were incredibly comfy too. Highly recommend!!
