We loved the layout of the house and the area. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive whenever I had questions. The hot tub was clean and nice after long days of hiking. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends or anyone that was planning a trip to the area.

Book this place if you can. Our family of 6 (with 4 kids 4-13 years old) immensely enjoyed our stay. The amenities are great. The location is perfectly centered to visit the Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore Memorial, Devil’s Tower, the Badlands, etc. And then each day we got to come back and swim after lunch. It was awesome! When the kids got tired of the pool or too wrinkly, they could play air hockey or shoot baskets. No matter what the weather was doing outside, we knew we always had an activity to keep the kids busy. The property is also close to gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. When the weather was nice, we could take a walk around the neighborhood if we didn’t have other plans. It was a safe area with good sidewalks. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful home and perfect for oir group of 4 couples. Tracy is an awesome host who truly cares and provides excellent value in a rental. We'll be back!

I stayed here with some friends for 4 nights. It's such a beautiful and clean home. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the master bathroom. The pool was a comfortable temperature; little basketball hoop, diving toys, and other swim activities were provided. The sauna was super relaxing as well! It was also nice that there was a grocery store within walking distance (a few blocks away). Amanda did a wonderful job with providing all the information I needed and was very friendly. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in town.

We lucked out getting a great deal on this beautiful home in Powderhouse Pass! Close to Terry Peak ski area & also a short drive to Lead & Deadwood - there was never a lack of things for our families to do! The home itself is in a very nice, newer area. Lots of room for guests with large attached garage for those snowy days. The host was very quick to respond to all questions we had. There is a welcome book inside the home with lots of excellent information on the area & things to do. If you're someone who gets chilled easy, bring extra blankets (or take one of the upstairs bedrooms), as the (2) main floor bedrooms tend to be chilly at night (esp if the external temp is zero or below). We weren't able to utilize the community room/pool - although we attempted, there was a note on the door stating the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We had checked the developments website prior to arrival & this was not mentioned anywhere. We would definitely recommend Trinity & her home!!

We really enjoyed or stay at Sarah's Airbnb. Everything you need is within walking distance, which was quite enjoyable. Although, it is on the edge of downtown, we had no issue with road noise, which was nice relative to the location. There is a grocery store across the street, so it was easy to walk over and buy food to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. The Pizza Mill restaurant was also across the street and there pizzas were outstanding. I would highly recommend this impendent and locally owned business. We also walked a block to breakfast one morning and ate at the Our Place restaurant. This locally owned breakfast diner was also a gem and had a wonderful hometown atmosphere. Further down the main street were several other shops and places to eat. The only negative issue with Sarah's pace was the narrow, steep, and winding stairwell to the second floor. None of our group over 50 felt comfortable staying upstairs. All and all a good stay.

Every Thanksgiving for the past decade four families from four states have gotten together. Of all the places we’ve rented, this was by far the best. Don’t miss the mining museum in downtown Lead.

We had a great stay - the creek right behind the house is beautiful and we really enjoyed walking around on the hillside behind the house (we found some great trails!). We had some technical difficulties getting into the house, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve the problem, we would definitely stay again!

3 of our families stayed here for a basketball tournament. Plenty of space for kids and adults to hang out, great kitchen amenities and spacious bedrooms. The host was very responsive and the spaces were immaculate. Would definitely come back!

Loved my stay at Jamin & Jessica's place! Great location in Rapid City that is a quick drive to anything downtown, even a few hikes. Also loved proximity to nearly everything on my bucket list for the Black Hills. House was the perfect size and had everything I needed for a month-long stay: wifi worked great too for working from the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Andrew's place was wonderfully quiet, impeccably clean, and extremely cozy. It was easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. The space is equipped with everything you need to make your stay feel like home. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others

This was a very convenient place to stay with our two dogs. It was great to have a fenced in yard that felt really secure. It was obvious that the house is cleaned well between guests, we didn’t notice any pet hair or stains from previous stays. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This was our home base for 9 days while we explored all around the Black Hills and into Wyoming. The house was very comfortable for us , our friends who joined for the first few days, and our two pups. It was easy to find, easy to get into, and easy to feel right at home. Ryan’s recommendations for food did not disappoint. We were all craving a good steak dinner our first night there, so we decided to try Delmonico Grille. The food was amazing!!! We also ventured out and tried a couple places on our own. Ryan, if you haven’t been, you should go to these two places. Murphy’s Pub & Grille has a great atmosphere, and their bacon wrapped buffalo meatloaf is worth the trip! Next up is Neighbors Grub & Pub. Seriously, the best burger I’ve ever had!! All of Ryan’s suggestions for things to see were already on our list and were absolutely amazing!! This was definitely one of our most memorable vacations

Very helpful, friendly host. House was easy to get to & close to activities. Beds were very comfortable & house was very accommodating. Everything they said it was plus more. Enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this home & the hosts.

"Home Away From Home" was a very accurate description. We felt like we were staying with family. Our dogs loved the big, open yard to play ball and decompress after a long day of dog sports competitions. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The owl theme in the house was a lot of fun. Ali, the host was amazing. She was very good at communicating and super responsive. When we walked in the house, it smelled awesome and was very clean. There were fresh flowers on the island. It was very refreshing to stay in such a welcoming home. Ali did all of the little things to make us feel like we were coming home at the end of a long day, and not just renting a hotel room. Thank you Ali for such an amazing experience!

It was perfect. Great location to everything we wanted. House was perfect with so much space. Loved sitting on the front porch and drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the morning plus got to see deer just strolling around in the yard. Host was great and extremely flexible with us and our checkin. Definitely a favorite.

We enjoyed our stay at Bryce’s place! The home had plenty of space for our kids and we had fun playing pool together. We were staying in Sturgis and driving to Lead for our son’s basketball tournament. The drive was so pretty and it was an easy and convenient place to stay. I would definitely recommend Bryce’s house for families, you’ll have plenty of room!

Diane and Joel were very responsive and the place was lovely. there were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. The place was very quiet and we enjoyed visiting on the upper deck. We got to watch hot air balloons take off across the meadow which was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay here. While it was mainly a home base while we explored the area, it definitely served its purpose and was comfortable to stay in. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful, but still close to the town. Raquel was quick with responses to our questions and proactive in reaching out about check in and check out. Also, check out was a breeze. The checklist was short and sweet, and I didn’t feel like I had to do half the cleaner’s jobs for them.

One of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve stayed. It is 100% off the beaten path and we absolutely loved it!!! The surroundings were breathtaking and watching the sunrise/sunset over the hills was perfection. We had a small hiccup during our stay and Peyton and her dad were amazing throughout it! Great communication and kindness. She’s a fantastic host!
