This place was perfect for our young family! Having the peace of mind that the space was well-suited for our little one was priceless. Our toddler loved exploring the new toys and books that came with the space. Nhi was super helpful and communicative as a host!

This AirBnB was just like the photos showed located in a beautiful, private neighborhood. The neighborhood is perfect for safe walks, and I would fully recommend a stay here.

It's a beautiful place in the countryside not far from the town of Woodland or Davis. The place is small, but well-organized and more than comfortable for a couple and a little dog. The bed is really comfortable, soft but supportive. The kitchen is fully functional, well-stocked and equipped. We prepared several meals there and all was good. It is nice to walk along the country roads to soak in the sunshine, the sights and sounds of many birds, and the beautiful scenery. The pool area is really nice as well. The host was really quick to respond to our needs. We would be happy to stay with her again!

Great location for anyone who wants to stay close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The area is nice, residential, and quiet. The place was good overall, but a few things needed attention, such as the broken towel rack in the bathroom. The host was responsive! I’d be happy to stay here again.

The reviews honestly don’t do this place justice. It’s rare to find something this clean, cozy, and well-kept—especially in a quiet suburban area where Airbnb options are limited. From the moment you arrive, the gated entry and secure access codes make you feel safe and welcomed. Inside, everything is spotless and easy to use—the fan, the TV, all the little details are thoughtfully set up. The Jacuzzi? Perfectly timed and ready when requested. I could go on, but I’ll just say this: give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

By far one of the best and cleanest Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, pristine pool and peaceful quiet backyard, spotlessly clean (even behind the nightstands and under the beds!), fun toys for kids. Maria is incredibly kind and a great communicator. I will absolutely request to stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

Sheila’s home is truly magical. Every detail of the space is thoughtful, warm, and inviting. It’s clear how much love and care went into creating such a peaceful retreat. From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming of our next stay. A truly special place hosted by a truly special person.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Christian was there to help me get inside and even helped me carry in all my stuff! Of course I loved that it was pet friendly and Christian gave me suggestions of where to take my dog on a walk. The backyard area where the Airbnb is is so nice and clean and attractive. The Airbnb is just the right size for 1 or 2 people and a pet. Very modern, clean, and pleasing. I hope to stay there again when I am in the Sacramento area.

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

Staycation heaven! We live in same City, but are needing to find homes that family can stay in when visiting us, and they even have a hot tub! We loved everything about Adolfo and Stevie's home and warm hospitality! Looks exactly like the pictures, we loved cooking in the well appointed kitchen. Their favulous home is in a very convenient part of town, in a gorgeous neighborhood, yet close to freeway access. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our 2.5 weeks ❤️

This place was exactly what we were looking for!We traveled out for the CIM Sacramento Marathon and brought my 90 year old grandparents with us. The house was accessible for my grandparents and big enough for each of us to have our own space! We had enough parking for both of our cars and it was not a far drive to downtown. Henry provided all necessary information prior to arrival and was responsive throughout the stay! We would definitely recommend this place or stay again for another Sacramento trip!!!

We enjoyed five nights at Irina’s AirB&B. We frequently visit family living in Davis so we need a comfortable accommodation during each visit. Irina’s house was spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. The host included some generous and thoughtful extra touches to make our visit to Davis memorable.
