We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

Excellent location on a quiet street in Snyder. Haley was very responsive and check-in was very easy. House has everything you need for a short trip, appointed kitchen, towels, linens, paper products. This house is a split level as advertised, note that it is difficult to corral toddlers from the many steps in the house. Great backyard for dogs, enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at this property. We had an amazing time the first time and again the second time. Everything is as described in the listing. Joanna is great as a host and very responsive. The place is sqeaky clean. Lots of extra linens and bedding. Pool table and swimming pool keep people occupied. Sauna is a bonus! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful, peaceful home with extremely comfortable and large beds. It's obvious that hosts take a great deal of pride in the property which has everything one could need. Excellent base to visit the Falls, Niagara on the Lake and the outlets. Walking distance to the Royal Niagara Golf Course (where you can hire clubs). Last but not least an amazing pool too.

Great stay. Beautiful backyard. We will definitely return if we are ever in the Niagara Falls area.

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was pristine and had amenities that were needed. We were a group of six and we were all comfortable and there was a lot of space.

Great place for our family of 7. Loved the place and will stay again if we are in the area. Very close to everything we walked to everything the 5 days we were there. Kids loved the pool and hot tub! He always answered right away when we had questions. Overall Very nice house and guy.

The price we paid was absolutely justified, considering the exceptional quality of the place and its comprehensive amenities.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, which was a huge plus. The host was amazing, answered all our questions with respect and had an impressive response time. The location was perfect, just 13 minutes from Clifton Hill, making it super convenient for exploring Niagara. We were very pleased with our stay here. Everything was exactly as described and you could smell how clean it was as soon as you entered! Lots of space for the 5 of us to visit, eat, and lounge around. It was beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy backyard and hot tub. Perfect place for a Girls getaway. I did notice a couple things from other reviews 1) Neighbourhood - sure it’s not fancy but I felt safe and used the same amount of caution as I would anywhere. 2) People who complained about notes - Why?? We appreciated them - clear instructions and certainly nothing unreasonable. Far was extremely helpful and responsive. I messed up our reservation and he fixed it for me - no problem at all. This is our 3rd Airbnb in NF - and it will be our go to!!! Thanks again Far! 😊

My wife, 3 daughters and I made some great memories. The 5min golf cart ride to Elcho beach was nice. We enjoyed walking down to the closer beach to take in sunrises and sunsets. The deck and concrete patio/fire pit area provide a lot of extra space. Bring extra toilet paper! The golf cart is solid. It did great in the sand while others were getting stuck. You will not regret staying at Diana’s place.

This house was great! Super clean and comfortable with fresh smelling blankets and linens. You're right on the lake which is amazing with a huge backyard. The house has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. You are on a busy road which can be a bit loud at night but the lake makes it comparable. Bill is a great host, had the fireplace going for us when we got there and was very responsive.

Shuying was a great host! Very responsive and have great recommendations. The house was super clean, spotless linens and 7-8 minutes from the falls. The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Teri was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her instructions for the home were very clear and easy to follow. This home is great for a family with small kids as there is not any clutter at all and very minimalistic (less for kids to touch and break). The street is very nice and quiet with friendly neighbours. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We honestly were only here to sleep so I can’t give much of a review however the house was clean and beds were comfortable. House is extremely close to Niagara Falls state park!

We had a lovely stay! The place was just what we were looking for and included excellent recommendations for local restaurants!

Michele was an amazing host. she went above and beyond. what ever was needed she brought us. for example extra chairs and tables. Her home was quite,clean, very spacious, lots of room to relax to have down time with them family. the thing we loved the most was how we felt we where home away from home. at night we sat around a big fire pit. in the big house there were two fridges. Great since we where a party of 16. the kids had a big yard to play football. lots of parking. the house was very equipped with ac uints in each rm. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. worth every memory made. We hope to be back!

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. The house was spotless (the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed) and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and all the attractions were in walking distance. If I had any questions Michelle and James were quick to answerer. Toronto is a little over an hour away which was perfect to spend a day exploring and be able to come back to a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay for our first time in Canada!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Vicki's place. The house was absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean and very spacious. The back yard was like our own little oasis - private and peaceful. Vicki was responsive and super friendly, giving us all the information we needed for a worry free vacation. She even left a little gift for my partner and I for our special occasion.
