Large condo had everything we needed and a short walk to CVS/drinks/restaurant across the street. There were so many police/ambulance/fire truck sirens, but we are not bothered by noise being in the city. Parking was challenging as you have to find something on the street, but once we found a spot we walked everywhere. The steam shower was great and beds/linens were clean and comfortable. Very clean and windows everywhere were nice to see the city. Host was very helpful and responsive, and gave ideas on things to do.

Great location and great home. I absolutely loved this neighborhood: quiet and calm - you really step outside of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. One of our kids goes to DePaul and it was really nice to be so close to campus but not so close that you feel like you're on a college campus (about a 5 minute drive to U-Hall. This home is so relaxing. The bedrooms are very spacious and well appointed. Beds in both rooms are firm and comfortable. The living area is nicely decorated and a nice place to sit and decompress or start your day. Coffee maker is a nice add-on, and the supplied coffee was extremely nice to have (there's a selection of teas too!). HUGE television with more channels than I would know what to do with (but the music channels are nice!) Holy moly the water pressure in that first shower. Parking is a premium and not easy to find - once you find a spot keep it and just Uber everywhere. We went all over Chicago via Uber. We look forward to our return trip. Great host!

overall had a great stay. I like the private entrance, though the gate is slightly tricky to figure out and for luggage. the place was clean aside from scuff marks on the walls, and very much as shown in the photos, with neat beds and an extra large fluffy blanket in the closet. the folks upstairs were a bit noisy, with a baby and a dog and lots of movement, but the host reached out and the noise was less after, which I appreciated. thanks for a safe and comfortable place to stay at an affordable price!

It was a good stay. The bed is a bit uncomfortable otherwise it was good!

We have stayed here before, and certainly will again. It is such a comfortable place to stay - clean, spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen (including the much-appreciated coffee for the coffeemaker!) The Ukrainian Village neighborhood is wonderful and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and a supermarket. When we were first considering this Airbnb, the comment that helped the most was someone saying "don't be put off by it being a basement-level apartment". That is so true. There is plenty of light, there is heating in the floors in winter, and it is so carefully designed and constructed that it has none of the feel of a "basement".

Had a nice stay. Did the trick as a place to sleep while exploring the city. Good location

This place is great for large parties. It’s close to bars, restaurants and the main strip of Lincoln Park. Being close to the hub of things means it’s a bit noisier. Not crazy or anything, but if you’re not use to city noise this can be surprising. The bedrooms are laid in a way that not every room is private (glass doors), shared spaces, etc. more of a heads up when you enter into the unit there’s a flight of stairs to get to the unit. Not a deal breaker, but we had someone in a walker which made it a bit more challenging. Would rent this space again!

Great Airbnb for a bachelorette party! Tons of space, beds and a great location in Chicago even for a local group. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would recommend the space to anyone looking for an Airbnb for a large group!

Courtney and Garrett have a beautiful home in a fantastic location. They are extremely helpful and gave nearly immediate replies to the few questions I had. Their home has fun decorations and we felt right at home. The layout of the house is ideal with each bedroom having its own bathroom and the beds are super cozy and comfortable. It's walking distance to Wrigley and all the fun bars in the area and close by to all the local attractions. Outstanding, 5 star stay with phenomenal hosts; we would love to come back during baseball season :)

Beautiful property. The pictures were accurate and the owners were very responsive. It was very peaceful and had any amenity that you could think of, all our needs were met. Very happy with the stay.

Shabbir's place was perfect for our family of 10 during the holidays. We spent Christmas and New Year here, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family reunion. The private parking was very convenient, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location was ideal—just 10-15 minutes from all the major attractions in Chicago and about 30 minutes from the airport. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby local restaurants and an Italian bakery with great takeout options. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location

I appreciate how host was responsive to my messages. I was not fully aware of the way to put the parking sticker in my car window and incurred a $75 ticket for posting it on the interior left side and not right side. This was not any fault of the host, just very disappointing that the local security was not more mindful as the sticker was there, just wrong side and I was from out of state. The kitchen was nice, however if you plan to cook much, bring a 9x13 casserole dish and some pot holders.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend. Beautiful home with nearby/walkable restaurant. Checkin/out instruction wear clear and easy, we had no issues whatsoever.

Smooth communication, nice location

I booked this place last minute in the winter and was surprised by how spacious, clean, and vibrant it was. The location close to Wrigley was perfect, and it was really affordable at the time. It's stated there are train noises, but just a heads-up—the Blue Line is literally in the backyard. It wasn't a big deal, and earplugs should do just fine. Kimberly was an excellent host friendly, responsive, and accommodating and overall, the place was really, really nice!

I had a lovely stay over a holiday weekend, and was pleased with the accommodations! The neighborhood is great, and having the provided parking pass was extremely convenient; the condo was easy to get in and out, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would recommend Nathan's place to others for sure.

Great place, spacious for 3 guests. Had everything we needed. Downstairs was a little tight with ceiling just a couple inches above my head. I’m 6 ft so anything taller would have been tough. But two upstairs bedrooms and living were fine. Would stay there again for that price

Place was pretty much exactly as pictured. Could use some updates but very spacious and clean. Robert was quick to answer every message I sent. I recommend reviewing the email thoroughly prior to arrival, we had some confusion about how to get into the gate... we'd been driving forever, and I was attempting to open it while parked in 15-minute parking to get our stuff inside and I had issues. Highly recommend looking up and booking parking ahead of time, there are multiple lots within a couple of blocks and street parking is nonexistent. The unit is super spacious which was very nice, and within a 10-15 minute walk of red, purple, and brown lines which was extremely convenient!

This was the fourth time we stayed here . We visit our daughter and grandchild 2 blocks away . The home is very clean and homey. Joseph goes out of his way to meet our needs .
