Stayed here a few times- it’s just the most lovely house, spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and comfy bedroom the pool is incredible.

A stunning cottage, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and lovely stay away from home. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and a fun activity for a cold and miserable winters day. Liz was very helpful and a wonderful host. Thank you for a great stay!

we were a family of 6 with a dog who stayed for a long weekend , we loved the place, very cosy , relaxing with great views . house was fully furnished, excellent kitchen diner and a really good hot tub which we used every day..George is a great host, very responsive and proactive, would definitely recommend this house for a family getaway .

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

Hare cottage was beautiful and Lisa has thought of everything you will need for a relaxing holiday.The cabin is modern,fresh and lovely decor.We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing hot tub and watching the stars in a non light polluted area made it very special indeed.The children loved all the open space ,board games and of course the swinging chair on the decking to read was a bit hit too.Lisa is a great host and is always at the end of a message if you need anything.We would highly recommend the cabin and can't wait to return to see more of the area . 16 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful house to celebrate my husbands birthday. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The tram ride was good fun and we walked to Axmouth for lunch. The town is nice with independent shops. Unfortunately the drains were blocked which caused a smell in the house. We contacted the agent who responded quickly and got someone out to sort it. I would definitely recommend this house. It is beautiful, the decor, furniture, soft furnishings, everything was of the highest quality. We were a group of 16 and we were all very comfortable.

Possibly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Such a unique, beautiful spot. The bedrooms are super spacious with super comfortable beds and it was great to have the two toilets. The property has everything you need and has been thoughtfully designed. Everywhere was spotless! The log burner was lovely to use at night and the hot tub with the stunning views and surroundings is just perfect! We saw so many different types of birds whilst there! We would love to return and will recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Deerview Lodge. In a stunning countryside location with views over the fields. It is peaceful, the hot tub is lovely. A very comfortable, well maintained and spotless property. The owner is friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a fabulous Easter break here, beautiful view of fields and countryside. Welcomed by the hosts, very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to a friend as a great place to stay.

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Lovely few days away in a small complex of lodges, staff on site very approachable and a very short distance to the lake. The cafe and restaurant didn’t seem that inviting and very quiet for Easter but that’s no reflection on Roz place. We enjoyed the hot tub unfortunately we weren’t able to use the outside lounging area due to weather being mixed. We enjoyed travelling to Bude (beautiful place) and we enjoy going to strawberry fields farm and coffee shop. The site is very peaceful and the lodges are set out so everyone is well spaced out and Roz has a lovely position overlooking the field (no animals currently). My husband used the gym once which was handy. Thanks for a nice few days

Great property with an amazing view. The sauna, hot tub on the balcony, games room and fire pit make this property stand out even more. Hosts were very personable and helpful. We have a fabulous weekend celebrating our son’s 20th birthday.

An excellent weekend was had to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with family. The property had everything we needed and there were few issues. The weather was excellent and our grandchildren loved the hot tub, large gardens, pool table, badminton, table tennis which gave them many hours of enjoyment. There was plenty of opportunity for relaxing with the extensive book shelves and TVs in both properties. An ideal property for a multi generational gathering, very well equipped kitchen/bathrooms with copious crockery, glasses and cooking facilities as well as many towels. Highly recommended.

What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Wow, what a lovely cabin in a lovely place, hosts were amazing, everything was so clean, even the dog bed! we were completely left alone after entering the cabin which was perfect, was told not to put my dog on a lead, really lovely place will definitely be returning, couldn't of asked for any more. We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay away from home. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed the dark skies and view of the stars from the hot tub ❤️ Thank you very much x

Such lovely hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. They helped me and my partner out with check in etc. Recommended lots of places near the location to eat or visit. The view was amazing and the hot tub was 10/10. Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend it. Honestly could not fault a single thing !!

We stayed a few days for our honeymoon. Our arrival was a bit chaotic as the host was there trying to fit a bbq but they left swiftly enough and we were free to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, so great to be fully immersed in nature especially with a hot tub too. We really enjoyed being woken by the sunrise each day. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. I would say that the cabin could do with a few personal touches like blankets, washing powder, basic supplies in the fridge upon arrival considering the price range I thought it was unusual for these not to be included. Overall we had such an incredibly special stay and will be back soon. Thanks to the hosts ☺️

What a lovely place to stay! Right next door to the owners but still felt private, hot tub was great and enjoyed walking the local area too!

Recently stayed here with my girlfriend for our anniversary, Sally went above and beyond by adding those extra special touches with balloons, banners & a bottle of Prosecco. Hot tub was on and ready for us to use when we arrived, we even had some chocolate muffins as a little treat waiting for us. Beautiful homely touches that made it feel like home from home. Peaceful & clean! We visited nearby pub for food called the Jack Russell the food & staff were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely recommend staying with sally to our friends and family. We can’t wait to return later in the year with the kids!
